Good glove, but not exactly as pictured
Good gloves, but I have three specific gripes I'll cover. I bought the red/white/grey variant in size large. This is typical for me. My gripes will definitely apply to those and the blue/white/grey.

Pros:
+Good fingers. I don't have freakish finger lengths, so I don't need to buy short/long type of gloves. Also I don't have sausage fingers, but would see that being a problem.
+Pull tab to get the gloves one. Great feature, which was lacking from my last pair of gloves, which was the source of their downfall.
+Great breathability. Doesn't even get hot when commuting. Will get warm in the >85F at slow speeds, but haven't found gloves that vent well enough to avoid that.
+ Does well with the commuting/light off road that I do. Flexible and lightweight.
+Break-in was pretty much accomplished in a 30 minute ride. Very impressed that REV’IT nailed it here.

Cons:
- Not colorfast in the grey region. Turns to a tan/grey color (see photo). Grey from photo matches what arrived. If you ride in cloudy/overcast region you will be fine, but the sun bleaches this part of the glove dramatically. You can see where the cuff of the glove fits under my jacket, as it is still grey.
-The white as it appears in the photo supplied is NOT white. It is a light tan, and get MORE tan as time goes on. I do not believe their color change is entirely a function of getting dirty etc. This is not a huge factor for me, but if you were looking for a high contrast white/grey/blue or red/black, you may want to reconsider.
- The cinching strap that goes across the back of hand lays over the ‘tryonic’ back of hand slider. The strap in question is referenced by Tony in the video at about 2:00 mark, and the slider around the 4:00 mark. Was expecting it to abut/stop at the ‘tryonic’ slider. That was not the case on both the left and right gloves so I assume this isn’t a fluke.

Unknowns(neither good or bad):
*Long term durability: I have had these for 3 months, and have done well so far, but I have not had a crash with them.
*Stitching: appears good, but is the killer in every glove I've ever had. No mention of unobtanium stitching material or method. So I assume it will give out for me here first.

Incredible gloves, bad quality control
I bought the Large ones and they fit perfectly. They are by far the most comfortable gloves I have ever used.
While the protection seems also top notch, I gave it a poor rating due to that the Durability is bad. I have been using the gloves for 2 months and noticed today that the right index finger tip stitching has become undone as you can see in the pictures I have upload. I expect more, a lot more form this brand.
I do not recommend the gloves as I expected them to last more than 2 months (or 3000km) of use.

Great glove until stiches unravel
Great glove. Loved the fit and style of the glove. Order a Large and "fit like a glove". Been using the glove daily since spring through sunny and rainy days. About 4 months of daily usage the stitching around the finger areas started to fray and now have completely come undone. Really liked the glove but durability needs improvement.

Great protection!
I purchased these gloves primary protection and for summertime riding. I liked the palm sliders and knuckle protection. Well this week I had a chance to put them to the test. I totaled my bike in an accident with a car.

The protection worked flawlessly. Palm slider worked, although now it's worn down. Knuckle protection, worked. No injuries to my hands.

In my experience, the comfortable temperature range for these gloves is from 55 F. to 90 F. 50 F. and below, forget it.

I'll will be ordering a new pair after now after my accident.

FADED
I love this glove! it is great for a hot Cali summer! it is good down to 50 f. I commute with these and ride on the weekends with them. I would have bought the another pair for a Cali Winter 35 f if they were insulated.

I was bummed when I looked down and the color faded after 3 months of using. Come to find that Revit does not warranty as it is wear and tare. Fore the price I expected at least a season before the faded.

Great while lasted ..
I love my Rev'it! gear, got these to go with the Defender Pro jacket and they were promising, they have broken in very fast, have been comfortable and the fit great .. only after few hundred miles the seam and stitching on one of them started to let go ending up in the back of the glove being completely open before the trip was done, not a great quality and big disappointment in what supposed to be a premium glove.

Very nice glove but...
Black, XL.

Why did I buy them: I am looking for a hot weather glove, Jacksonville, FL, 90+ & humid, that I can use dual sport & road. Venting is important as well as protection.

Initial impressions: Well made, better looking in person and feel nearly broken in out of the box. Stitching is spot on with no visible defects. I have a long hand and fingers so glove sizing is a pain. I wear a XL in most European gloves & 2XL in Alpinestars. I ordered the XL in these gloves and fitting is as expected. The little finger is slightly short for me, but I’m pretty sure it will stretch out enough.

Fit note: Since these gloves have a longer cuff that a fits tight, your jacket needs to have enough room in its sleeve opening so the gloves can go inside. My Alpinestars leather sport jacket has zipper cuffs which is very narrow when zipped closed, the gloves don’t work well with it. With my Dainese Super Speed Textile Jacket, they fit inside ok. No micro-fleece! I hate micro-fleece, especially for summer.

On the road: These are pre-curved so there is a natural fit on the grips. Airflow is not what I was looking for but not too bad.

Overall: I would say these gloves are very good. More geared towards dual sport but will work fine for the street as long as you keep in mind the cuff.

Best Summer Gloves I've Owned
By far the best gloves I have owned. My hand measured exactly 8" so I bought the small# They were way too tight so I returned and purchased the medium# Perfect fit! The break in didn't take long# I love the wrist strap, helps the glove feel like a part of my hand and seems like good lower wrist protection with the shorter cuff that can be tightened down# Read reviews about the stitching coming undone on a few people so I grabbed the lighter and burned down any stray strings #old military tactic# so that will hopefully keep me from having the same issue# Been out on them for a short daytrip and a nice long 4 day trip and they feel perfect so far# The white/blue gloves look great but know that the white isn't bright white, which I think is a good thing# I am glad since they will probably get nice and dirty with all the Adventure riding they have in store for them in the near future# Only issue I have is that I can't wear my wedding ring #maybe more of an issue with the wife!# and they did give me a very small blister on the back of my left hand when I was breaking them in #I will assume that the blister thing was a one time thing due to the break-in## I love the fit except they push on my ring too much so I am better off wearing it on a necklace to keep the old lady happy# Happy wife=more riding! Hopefully they last a few years like my last super cheap $30 summer gloves!

Great gloves - second time around
After a long wait for my pre-order, my Cayenne Pros finally arrived! Unfortunately, the pair I received was damaged so I have to return them and go back in the queue :-(
I wear a Large in Rev’it gloves and these fit spot on. Maybe to perfect? They would definitely require breaking in.
The only thing that concerns me is the PU protection on the pinky fingers. On both hands, there was a bit of annoying and somewhat painful rubbing where the PU meets the pinky knuckle. I wonder (hoping!) if this just requires breaking in? Going up in size would definitely leave wiggle room in the finger tips so I’m don’t think that’s it.
Any advice on this? My Large Rev’it Strikers fit perfect!

As for the damage, there was a tear in the material near the right thumb area, just above the stitching. Looks like the material gave out, not the stitching. I really hope this was a fluke!

The protection features put me at ease in an emergency situation so I will give these gloves another shot.

... update, have a new pair, same irritating feeling on the pinky knuckle. I love the gloves so much I took matters into my owns hands. With a little breaking in (wearing in the house and flexing my hands) and also pounding on that material around the pinky, the gloves fit and feel great now!!

Reassuring Protection
It's hard for me to embrace the notion that my gloves cost almost as much as my jacket, but these are really well built and I feel that in a spill, they would do a good job protecting my hand and fingers. I find them to be comfortable in temperatures between 60 degrees to 95 degrees.

I measure 8" around almost exactly. I'm a tall skinny guy 6'3" with longer fingers. Rev'it is known to fit my type better than others. Would you recommend the medium or go up to the large given my longer fingers?

Would it be possible for a revzilla staff member to measure the length of the fingers on this glove from the knuckles? That would actually help a ton. Thank you.
Travis S on Mar 31, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Large if your fingers are long. My hand is almost 9 and a large fit me perfectly.
My hand measured 8.5 inches.

Medium is 8 inches, large is 9 inches.

Which size should I get, M or L?
Michael M on Feb 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: My measurement when measuring exactly as the picture indicates is 8.5. The measurement from my middle finger to my cuff is 7.5. The medium that I ordered was slightly wide and to long in the pinky finger and thumb area. I exchanged for a small which I know will fit with room for stretch. I would ask yourself how fat and long his thumb and pinky finger are. I have large hands but slender. I would rather the glove stretch to fit than not stretch at all especially related to off road riding.
I wear an XXL in the Revit Comet glove. Does the Cayenne Pro replace the Comet ? You say the sizes from Revit are now "more American." Would I still get an XXL or drop it down?

Best regards,

Michael
Michael L on Mar 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Check out the sizing chart. My hand measures 9" and a large fit spot on. BUT... the PU injected pinky knuckle rubs and hurts like a mofo! I sure hope this is just a part of breaking in.
Will you be getting more gloves in ?? Presently, it looks like only the glove with the blue accent is available.

Thanks again,

Looking to get these for summer riding. I commute so I'm concerned they'll be too warm if I get stuck in traffic. Anyone have experience?

BEST ANSWER: Living in Southern Arizona I have found that these gloves work great. I typically do not sit in a lot of traffic, but when I do I do not have an issue with the ventilation. I went with the Sand color to avoid the extra heat the all back ones could produce on a nice sunny day.
For those of you with Black/Sand colorway, is the "sand" closer to a brown or to olive green in the daylight? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: Hey Raymond I would definitely say it's an in between color, looking both a shade of green and brown. In sunlight I'm going to go with closer to a light brown. Very comfortable gloves right out of the box. Good luck.
I have long fingers. My hands measure 8.5", but Alpinestar gloves are always short on me. Are these gloves made i Europe with European sizing?

BEST ANSWER: A 'large' pair is 7.5" from the tip of the middle finger, to the base/center of the palm.
Will these gloves fit under my ignition 2 jacket?

BEST ANSWER: The Velcro strap around the wrist allows for a pretty streamlined fit. I wear mine under the sleeves of a Klim Badlands jacket without a problem.
I'm interested in getting one of these but I have short fingers. What's the finger length
for the SM size?
Moises D on Jul 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have skinny and smaller hands and these feel the best of the gloves I have tried (Astar, Olympia, Roland, Tourmaster). If you have really small fingers I have heard of wearing ladies gloves as the fit can be a little more comfortable (whatever works).
