Great boot
These boots are wonderful. They do run a tad small though so, order 1 European size up from your usual. The toe box is really narrow, so some extra room would be nice to wiggle toes. If I hadn't been so close to needing them for a trip, I probably would have exchanged them for one size larger.

Other than that, the boots are great! I walked miles and miles in them on Isle of Man and then continued riding/walking in pouring rain in Ireland for over a week. The boots are truly waterproof and comfortable!

Fit my foot but not my calf.
(Wife's Review)

Fit my foot but not my calf.

I first ordered these Dainese Women's Svelta, size 38, but it would not fit my calf.

Then I ordered TCX Aura size 38, they fit my calf great, but the foot bed was to narrow.

Comparing the two
TCX Aura - had a stiffer sole, insole was micro thin, Calf area is very flexible.

Dainese had what I thought was nicer leather, and a way more comfortable foot bed. Calf area is pretty small.

If you could combine the bottom of Dainese with the Top of the TCX it would be the perfect boot.

....still searching.

I love this boot!
After trying numerous brands of boots, these are by far the most comfortable. There was no break-in period. The leather is so soft. They also provide great protection. My feet are always cold and get that way easily, and these boots kept my feet warm in cool weather, but not sweaty in the heat. I love my boots!

Stylish Good Fit
I just got these boots and have taken one ride - and I love them. I was really concerned about the fit, comfort and walkability. I have narrow feet but like some room in the toe box and these fit the bill. I wore thin socks (not liner sock thin but not sports sock thick) and they were perfect. I could probably do a thicker sock but live in a warm climate so it isn't typically a concern. My feet were warm but not insufferably so and it was a hot day. I walked around comfortably in them at a few rest stops for lunch and bathroom breaks and they were fine to walk in - no shin rub despite the armor and stiffness. Similar comfort on the pegs. I wear a size 6.5 US shoe in dress, sandal or street shoes and a 7 in most athletic runners. I bought the 38 and they are a good fit. I'll add it is nice that they are fashionable in addition to protective.

After the Svelta, is it down hill from here for Dainese
Although Revzilla was out of the 39, I was fortunate to find it elsewhere.
My husband has the Fulcrum C2 which moves us toward sickly adorable in our likeness.
I find it tragic to see Dainese move from such beautiful leather to synthetic material in their new line of comparably priced boots.
As such, because the Svelta is (unfortunately) no longer made, the usefulness of this review is questionable.
As noted above, the Svelta, unlike its replacement is crafted with high grade leather. The ubiquitously marketed (and overrated compared to other waterproof breathables) gore-tex membrane serves to keep my beautifully cared for feet safe from inclement weather.
Although the gore-tex membrane will act as a barrier against water seepage into the the boot, the leather will eventually saturate unless properly treated and maintained.
And despite what may come across as a cynical tone (disappointment with the cheapening of the Svelta and Fulcrum C2's replacement, and the politics of gore-tex), I cannot say enough positive things about this boot.
It's simple elegance, void of flowery "tramp stamps" speaks to a company focused upon the nexus of refinement with function.
Not only is this a "put it on and forget it" comfortable boot, the protection remains without having to advertise the next run of Transformer movies.
Thank you, Dainese!
Compared to my shorter Forma lace-ups (another fine, albeit discontinued boot for typically shorter jaunts), the Sveltas, ironically, are easier to walk in for a few miles.
Still, for the perfect fit I visit our local shoe store and spend a couple of hours trying the dozen or so inserts until the Goldilocks "just right" is there.
It is a shame to say, sayonara, Svelta. Classics are hard to come by.

Love them!
I wear a size 6 in US women's size and the size 36 fit me perfectly.

I was looking for a boot with a little extra height (i'm 4'11 feet tall) and these give me at least an extra two inches in height. Plus they look badass. ;)

These were also recommended to me when I e-mailed revzilla asking about boots with a height boost and the lady said she rode these, since I had my eye on these anyways I snatched them up!

Putting them on the first time was a little snug and I had to work them in just a bit. The calves fit me perfectly but I have slim calves, would not recommend to those with calves on the bigger size. The Dainese Siren boot calf size were too big for mine so i would recommend those to women with bigger calves.

They are so comfortable. Takes a little work but after wearing them around the house for two days I can now tuck my jeans into them and zip them up.

I feel like my feet are super protected and it is not awkward at all to walk around in them. Like I said I wore them around the house for two days straight and I did not get any blisters or discomfort.

My dad recently had an accident where his bike slid out from under him and fell on his foot and he was wearing normal leather boots. The top part of his foot was basically crushed, he had to have so much hardware put in to reposition the bones, when they took it all out, it seriously looked like he had been smuggling an aisle full of screws from a hardware store in his foot. He is fine now and is getting back on his bike soon but not without better foot protection from now on.

Protect your feet!

So soft leather
These are quality boots! The leather is so soft yet the boots are sturdy and protective, and the style in person seems just about right.. I wore them all week on a tour of CO with temps from 50-100 and they indeed are warm when needed and breathable in the heat. And waterproof! I am usually a 7.5-8 normal width and calf and a 39 fits perfectly with room for a little thicker sock if needed.

Very comfortable - nice looking boots
I just received today and at first glance they seem to be very nice boots. They have a soft, comfortable lining and work well on my narrow foot. I typically wear a 9.5 in women's shoes and ordered a 41 - perfect fit. I've yet to wear them on the road but I suspect I will be very happy with them.

Nice protection with exceptional comfort!
My wife's been wearing the Sveltas for about a month and loves them! We're based in California, so mild to hot weather riding is typical. Even in 90 degree weather, the boots wicked away the moisture and felt good. They offer nice protective features while being super comfortable on day-long rides. They're easy to walk around in when off the bike, and carry the water-proof goretex warranty in addition to the Dianese warranty, making them great bang for the buck. Ronda at Revzilla was awesome, she helped my wife determine which boot would work well for her style and riding needs. Once again, we've had a great experience working with Revzilla!

Overall very happy
I have always worn a 41 in motorcycle boots and this one fits the same, although the footbed is on the narrower side. Easy break-in over a couple short rides, very comfortable on the bike. The protection seems good and they are indeed waterproof in a downpour. I do a lot of touring so it is important I be able to walk long distances in them also. The contour of the sole aids rollover in the stride but the insoles are hard as a rock! I will be replacing with gels asap. The tread provides good traction on wet surfaces. Only about 1000 miles and 4 continuous days in them so can't speak to durability yet. And yes, they look nicer and more feminine than most boots.
