Awesome Boots!
These boots are fantastic! I just spent about 2000 miles doing the twisties in California in them, and they stood up to everything. I'm pretty short (5'1", 28" inseam) and my bike is pretty tall for me (31" seat height) and the extra height in the sole and heel were very welcome in the hilly roads of San Francisco. I spent about 9hrs a day in these boots, both walking and riding and they were comfortable right out of the box.

I called and spoke to someone from revzilla about sizing and they were very helpful- I wanted to be able to wear a thick pair of wool socks in these boots on cold days. They recommended buying my normal size as these boots tend to run a little large. It was good advice- I am a US size 7 and I ordered the 37s based on the size chart. They fit great even with a thick pair of socks.

The only thing that I can complain about these boots- is the ankles are pretty tight. Its the ankles, not the calves where they have the adjustable gussets. I think I have pretty skinny ankles and I find that with a pair of skinny jeans tucked into these boots, I have a hard time zipping them up. I have to pull my jeans up over my ankles in order to zip the boots up. While this is only a minor irritation for me, it may be a deal breaker for someone with larger ankles. There is plenty of room in the calves though- I have mine done up at the tightest and I can still fit a couple fingers in the top of the boots.

All in all, I think these are fantastic boots. They have kept me warm after riding about 7hrs in 45 degree weather, kept me dry in 6 inch puddles and were comfy during long days on the bike. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Awesome Boot
Stoked to see Revzilla finally able to offer more than the one style of Daytona. I had to purchase the Lady Pilot from a European dealer last year. :(

This style is sleeker and more fem but not terribly sexy, more anonymous than standout. The sexy part is your feet are well protected. It holds up fantastically in the cold, hear, and rain given you wear the right socks. I always wear a wool or wool blend and those keep me cool or warm as needed and dry.

It also has a little lift so I can flat foot my baby, Tiger 800 XRx. I'm 5 foot 6 and need just another 2 inches to feel real good.

Normally wear a street shoe in 8.5. Ordered a Euro 41 which gives me room for thicker socks but doesn't feel sloppy with summer weight socks. Probably could have done a 40 but I love these.

Daytona Lady boots
These are the best boots ! I wear them for touring and daily commuting. They are very well made and quality is worth the price.
I have spent all day walking in these boots and they are very comfortable and have good arch support. I like that you can adjust the fit around the calf to accommodate if you want to tuck your pants in or have a slim fitting pant leg. I find it helpful because I am a cyclist and runner so have very muscular calves.
The boots can be a little warm in 90 degree humid weather, they do breathe because they are all leather, however do not expect them to vent like summer riding boots , or boots that aren't waterproof. I have found the Gore Tex is not as hot as other forms of weatherproofing. so if you sweat expect your socks to feel damp after riding in hot weather.
The BEST feature of these boots is the arch and heel/ instep. I am only 5'3 and struggle with most bikes, sport or naked sport, or café models being able to flat foot the ground. I am always on tip toe or have to slide to side at stops. These boots gave me the extra inches to almost flat foot . They aren't the most stylish but they aren't the worst either, the heel give them a feminine look. As for protection Daytona has covered the basics with out looking like a track boot. I do wish they would have left the GoreTex name off the boot.

I would highly recommend these boots, I would suggest following Daytona shoe size chart, the size they recommended was exact fit, and I found them to be a bit roomy in the ankle and toe box area is average for a boot. Don't expect them to fit like a dress boot, these are motorcycle boots. But worth the price if you ride often !

Great boot to protect your feet, not stylish
These boots are incredibly well made and you can feel the quality the second you put them on.

Are they stylish/sexy? No, unless you are into the a**kicking look which doesn't quite work for me. However, I have no doubt that in the event of a crash, my feet are going to be just fine.

They're warm and have already stood up to the rain. I live in Chicago so I need something that can withstand weather ranges from 20 to 75 in a single day. I'm a size 5.5 and got a size 36. They fit great.

If you're short like me (5'0), they definitely add height. I ride an R3 and without these, I tippy-toe with both feet or do the half-butt slide to plant one foot. While these don't let me completely flat foot my bike, I feel much more stable than before.

Bonus: if you've got calves, they're adjustable. Since I never skip leg day, this was a must.

Finally, the toe part is not quite flat. It's kind of weird to walk around in but these boots aren't meant to be traipsing throughout the city.

EUR 40 fits a US WMN SZ 9 foot
As there are a lot of questions about fit, I’m lending my review to hopefully provide some help. I typically wear a US WMN SZ 9 and a EUR 40-40.5. My foot is 4 3/4” at the widest point and 9 1/4 “ long from top of longest toe. The size 40 boots fit perfectly.

As for the boots - they were a little stiff out of the box but normal as it is leather. I use Stubben leather conditioner which is what I use on saddles and it works beautifully. Within one wear/ride the Daytona Lady Pilots were broken in. They are comfortable and fit well with both summer and winter weight socks. I like the reflective heel and the lift was exactly what I needed. I’m 5’ 5.5” and ride a KTM SD GT. I was doing the butt shuffle at lights before I found these boots. In New Mexico we have 2-3 months of dangerous winds every year. Prior to these boots, I was doing the shuffle to stay upright at lights and stops on canted roads, hills and in high winds. After a week of these boots, I can get the entire ball of both feet on the ground on a level surface and feel incredibly more stable on uneven/slanted roads and in windy conditions.

Big thanks to the representative who listened to me hem and haw on the phone. I was concerned reading other reviews about fit.

Amazing guality, protective, comfy boot
I’ve been wearing the Lady Pilot boots every day for several months, and I LOVE them. I love that they are much more streamlined than the Lady Star - yet the quality is still exceptional, and I feel completely protected.

Size wise, I’d say they run a little big. I wear a size US7; in euro sizing, I wear 37 in shoes and 38 in boots, always. I ordered these in a 37 and they are absolutely perfect. I wear mid weight socks and the boots don’t feel tight at all. I’m sure I could wear a heavier sock, but probably nothing very bulky. I have muscular calves, and with the Velcro back adjusted as tightly as it will go, I still have plenty of room for thick-ish Kevlar leggings.

The boots were comfortable right out of the box (though stiff, of course). A few months in and they’ve broken in enough so that walking with a normal gait is much easier now.

I live in Hawaii and so am concerned with breathability, not warmth. The boots are completely comfortable in tropical weather... no sweaty feet ever! They actually feel cooler than my Doc Martens, which are unlined, so that’s kind of magical.

It took a day to get used to shifting in these boots because the toe box is very thick, but I never had to adjust the shift lever.

I bought these specifically to give me more reach on my Ducati Scrambler because I’m short (5’2”), and they exceeded my expectations in that department. I feel much more secure in parking situations (backing up). This is especially important to me because I park in the garage next to my car, and it’s a tight squeeze... don’t want to scratch my car, ya know, so gotta back in with finesse and no tipping at all. Added bonus is that the padded front protects my shins from getting banged up on the pegs, so no more bruises!

These are definitely high function, low style, so don’t buy them expecting something fashionable. It’s cuter if you wear cool knee-high socks (recommend Stance!), or maybe the socks just distract from the super old-fashioned look of the boots - whatever. Regardless, I love these enough to wear them every day, but for vanity’s sake I make sure I change out of them before clients arrive.

They are totally worth the price for the quality and function, and i would buy them again and again.

Great boot for a lift.
Great boot to get a better grip on the ground. Well made so it takes a little longer to break in, and the Gore-tex really works.
