Shogun Frame Sliders

Shogun sliders are superior to other slider brands by virtue of their construction and material--shatter-proof UHMW infused with UV protective polymer. Shogun sliders absorb kinetic energy from crashes and will not shatter in cold temperature like some types of Delrin or fade in the sun. Each slider has a press fit aluminum bushing (excluding bar ends) to hold it in place during impact to reduce the risk of the slider puck or spool tearing off of the mounting point. Shogun frame slider offsets are CNC machined from the same grade aluminum as military aircraft. Offsets are anodized black to match OEM components. Each offset is manufactured to stringent specifications with ISO 9000 quality control.

Each Shogun Frame Slider comes with high tensile strength corrosion resistant hardware (cheap imitators do not use high grade hardware and will quickly rust). Shogun uses socket head bolts in nearly every kit, allowing for stronger frame slider design in a more compact space. Newer applications of Shogun Frame Sliders make use of a counter sunk design, which distributes the force of impact over a wider area and gives additional strength to the system so that the puck remains attached to the motorcycle.

tried and tested!!! first of all thank god i put these on my bike and man how cheap they were!!!! i dropped my s1000rr moving it around and these things saved my bike! the only damage to the bike was a tiny little scuff on my mirror and a little itty bitty chip on my tail section! install was easy…if you can't install these you're clearly not about that bike life…and should probably pick up a scooter July 25, 2014
Excellent product with excellent service and price from Revzilla The install was straight forward and completed in about 10 mins. Didnt have to take the fairing off which was a plus. Overall the finish and machining seem sound, Not sure it will save your bike in a high speed crash, but should help protect in a parking lot / garage tip over July 22, 2014
2002 r6 Very good. Nice. Need dremel/screw gun with sand roll. July 14, 2014
Great price and very easy to install These definitely have a nice finish and are super easy to just screw. Took me less than 5 minutes to install them. I have not went down with them so I cannot say how they protect. Only issue I have with them in that on the left side it fits snug in the hole, while on the right side the contact patch is not the same size as left so since both sliders are identical it does not fit as snug in the hole and I hope the bolt does not break if I am to dump it that way. Despite this I still feel they are a good deal and are worth the buy. July 14, 2014
Glad I bought it It helps out a lot and makes my zx6r look beautiful July 11, 2014
Easy install and great looks. Installing the frame sliders was easy with the right hex bit. It looks great and fits perfect. July 7, 2014
Good deal Nice sliders. Look good too on Ducati Monster 796. Install was super easy. Torque to proper ft lbs. June 23, 2014
So far so good. They look clean and are a nice alternative to cutting the plastics. The largest downside is they do not come with instructions, but it is simple enough to figure out. I can't testify to durability as I haven't dropped the bike since they've been on. They do look sturdy though. June 10, 2014

A shopper asked: Hi! I have a VFR800 2002, these frame sliders are compatible with my bike? Feb 11, 2013

RevZilla: Shogun are not currently offering a set of Frame Sliders for your 2002 Honda VFR800. Our best recommendation is to check out VFR World forum to see what other VFR owners have been able to source for sliders. Feb 11, 2013
