Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is equal to "In Process". Once an order has been "Sent to Warehouse" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

You can track your order through our website. Tracking information will be sent via email the following morning after your order ships. So if your order ships out Tuesday afternoon, you would receive a shipping notification with tracking on Wednesday morning (typically around 10AM EST). Most orders ship within 24 hours, but it sometimes may take longer for us to receive and post the tracking number. Some items may also take longer to ship out and will indicate as such on their product page
