Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is equal to "In Process". Once an order has been "Sent to Warehouse" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

You can track your order through our website. Tracking information will be posted as soon as we get it from the shipping carrier, usually within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but it sometimes may take longer for us to receive and post the tracking number.
