Overall I would definitely recommend this jacket
I got the one in red, size LARGE and I really like the way it looks. It goes well with my red Scorpion Impact helmet and my red Scorpion SGS gloves. I have had it for about a month and so far I am happy with it.

Regarding size: I have not been working out much lately so lets say I have a semi-athletic build at 5'10".

I have a 42 inch chest and it fits snug around there, I personally like that.
The arm length is on the spot I would say. My arms down at my sides, from the bony part of my shoulder to my wrist is 25 inches.
The length of the jacket I would say is about 1 inch short of my preference, It ends right at my waist when I'm standing up and I like it to be a little past that. From the tip of the "V" that my neck makes (on my throat) down to my waist (where my belly flab ends) I am 22 inches.

GREAT JACKET!!!!
So i purchased this jacket around 2 weeks ago, and it is amazing!!! i guess the first thing i will talk about is the insulation, since i live in the north east the first couple months of the year are always chilly. However, this jacket is AMAZING in the cold, the full sleeve insulation is perfect and keeps me very warm even down in the 30s. Furthermore, the Armour in the elbows and shoulders is very comfortable, and the sliders had taken many beating from my buddies and still look brand new. This sizing is slightly small i would say, i am 6'0" 155 pounds chest is around 38"-39" and my arm length is 25". At first i bought a medium, but it was way to tight on me even without the liner. so i returned it for a large, and this jacket fits me perfectly, arm length and everything. now keep in mind, i have some pretty long arms compared to my 38" chest and these sleeve land right at my wrist, barely touching the base of my hand. It was a dream com true because finding a jacket that fit me right has been a really tough struggle.
My daily rider is a naked sport bike, so i get a lot of wind into my chest and head area, that being said, when i open the vents on the jacket, the back immediately inflates from the wind, and even on the hottest day so far ~87F this jacket was keeping me cool and dry. so far i have not had to test its durability and i pray i never have to, but from wearing it around A LOT, i can confidently say that i feel super safe in it.
over all great product by SPIDI and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

A good jacket overall. Durability an issue
Rides: 2014 Triumph Daytona 675 R

I bought this jacket while I was in a hurry and I needed one for a next day ride in cold weather. Initially I was extremely happy with the purchase for the following reasons:

Weather protection: amazing insulation and wind proofing inner liner included, I wore only a T shirt under it in freezing temperatures and I was warm all day. No issues there

Styling: i think spidi has the best styles in all their products. Just looks great all in all.

Protection: I got the warrior chest (level 1) and Warrior Back L2 (level 2) protectors right off the bat. Feels solid for the most part. Arm and shoulder protectors (included) seem thick enough to take the brunt of a fal, and they reach far enough down the forearm to tuck under my race gauntlet. HOWEVER, the sleeves do feel a little loose, especially when you take out the liner for not-so-cold weather, so I'm not sure how they would stay in place during a fall and tumble. But they seem solid as well.

Durability: Something that people rarely discuss on here is cleaning. A few rides in and any jacket will start to smell musky. After some research i went ahead and put it in the washing machine (all protectors out). It was the only piece in the load, delicate cycle(soak only), cold water only, no spin cycle... Went perfectly well, clean right up and no damage. But the third time i washed it the "spidi" logo on the front of the jacket started to come off. It looked like a cheap Tshirt decal and a few washes after that the whole thing was out. This also happened to the spidi logo on the back sides (2) of the jacket. now it just looks funny with a shade of spidi.
Also, the white area on the front of the shoulders will get scratched up pretty bad if you wear a backpack when u ride.
Another note, one the pin inserts for the chest protector also went after a few uses... completely off the jacket and stuck to the protector.

Overall, would recommend for great cold protection (not water proof.
Quality and durability could be improved on.
I have just purchased a Spidi RR leather jacket. Much better but can't compare apples and oranges.

Hope this helps

Everything I expected and more
I was looking to replace my Joerocket speed master jacket. I did the usual research. But, I knew that I did not want leather again. Yes, it is the ultimate in protection. Bare in mind that fabrics today are not the fabrics of yesterday. Let alone, neither is the armor. I am not doing any track days. Spidi makes some pretty amazing gear. It is not big here like some other brands. But go over seas and you will see a lot of serious riders in Spidi. But if I were going to get a leather. It would only be a Spidi too

Lover it
Overall this jacket is pretty dope. I was fortunate to catch it on one of Revzilla's awesome sales. It fits slightly snug but I like it. The jacket is long in the back, and a great length in the sleeves. I wish it had better collar.

Sizing
I think it needs to be said that this jacket is TINY. In 9/10 scenarios I wear a size L, not just in cycle jackets. I'm 6'2" 42" chest and weight approximately 200lbs +- 5. Today I am an even 200. I have a classic german/austrian build with thin, long legs and arms. 36" waist. This jacket is so tight that I cannot get my arms into the coat without removing the liner. At which point I cannot zip it up over my chest! I have doubts the XL would fit me. Every other brand I have tried I swim in an XL.

From a first quick glance its a really nice jacket. It looks awesome and Spidi's back protector looks like something out of Alien(which is good). My only gripe is there is almost no venting. My wife has the Spidi JK and it fit her pretty tight also. However, she normally wears a medium and the JK is also a medium. It's just more european cut than the olympia she has (for example).

So to conclude, size it up one? Possibly two. I don't even see how the classic american cut folks could even wear this jacket.

This jacket looks siiick. I chose to go with the hiviz to match the blue and yellow paintjob on my 2015 GSXR. I did have to adjust my sizing options to fit my body type. This is european cut so the waist is extremely small. I wear a size 34-36 pant and I had to go with the XXL jacket to be able to zip up the jacket at the bottom. The arm pads are slightly off because of the bigger size but overall I am very pleased.

How good is this jacket as a winter jacket? Does it insulate well and keep the cold out?
Matthew Z on Jun 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I got this jacket in early March, and since I live in the Rochester New York area... The weather was around 30-40ish for a good 4 weeks... And with the full sleeve liner this jacket was always toasty and warm.
Will this jacket zip into the RR PRO leather pants by SPIDI?
TYLER B on Jun 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately it will not. I know from experience as I bought the RR pro wind pants and realized afterwards that there is no connection zipper at all on the jacket
Will this zip into the RR PRO leather pants from SPIDI?
A shopper on Jun 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No it will not. It doesn't have a zipper for race pants. Just a single snap for riding jeans.
