If the video of someone making a toy Ducati Panigale out of popsicle sticks left you feeling like the tastiest part of the treat was missing, then maybe you'll prefer seeing this time-lapse of a motorcycle made out of chocolate.
Amaury Guichon, head instructor and founder of The Pastry Academy in Las Vegas, posted this series of images on Instagram. The motorcycle, which sort of looks like a Harley-Davidson with a springer front end and clip-ons, is remarkably detailed. I'm not sure the spoked wheels are laced in a manner approved by our resident expert Joe Zito, but the detail is great, anyway. I like the accuracy of the brake rotor and as the farthest thing from a pastry chef, I'm amazed that a chocolate spring actually has some spring to it. Who knew that was possible? Obviously someone, but not me.
Of course there are a few inaccuracies, most notably that the V-twin engine has four exhaust pipes, two on each side. Still, consider me impressed. Looks like one tasty ride.
