AGV is a premium Italian brand who has been manufacturing motorcycle helmets since 1948. AGV Helmets have had a strong presence in the racing world, being worn by the legends of yesteryear such as Giacomo Agostini, Barry Sheene, Kenny Roberts, Johnny Cecotto, Angel Nieto, and Marco Lucchinelli and is the helmet of choice for the legend of today: the current legend: Valentino Rossi. The AGV PistaGP and Corsa stand at the top of the totem on the heads of some of the world's most prestigious racers, however, the AGV Grid and GP-Tech Helmets bring up the mid-range category without compromise. If you'd rather be winding through the alps than on the track, the AGV Skyline fits the bill with an internal sunshield and a plethora of creature comforts. The Horizon stands arm in arm, simply adding a different aerodynamics package on the same shell. The K4 Evo satisfies the "entry level" category for AGV helmets, but these are still far from a "bare bones" approach.
