Really like these air pants
I purchased and returned two other more expensive brands of air pants before purchasing these Tour Master Air 2.0 pants. These I'm keeping. The size Large fit is just right for me (5'10", 170lb). There is plenty of adjustment in the waist, plenty of room in the crotch, and the length is a tad long when standing, but just right when riding. Airflow is excellent. Construction quality seems quite good but I have not had them long enough to know for sure. Have only worn them in warm weather so far so cannot comment on the effectiveness of the liners. I also have the Tour Master Over Pants for winter riding and am equally impressed with them. I definitely recommend these air pants.

Fantastic Bargain to keep you cool and safe
Bought these for the hot summer months when I wearing shorts would be my preference. These fit over a pair of shorts and once the bike gets moving its like I'm not wearing anything. These provide phenomenal airflow and are quite comfortable. They wont win you any style points but they dont look horrible, they just look like motorcycle pants. Couldn't ask for more and would buy again.

Great pants but have a few issues
SF Bay Area (SJ). 5'6" 175lbs short inseam. Bought Large/Short. Fits well over jeans even with the two liners installed, but a bit tight on the knees. Very comfortable in 30-60 degree highway commute (45mins) with all three layers for the winter. Used without either liner last summer (55 degree morning, 80+ degree afternoon) with jeans and sometime shorts in the afternoon, and worked well.
Others issues are the leg zippers - have caught both legs inner gusset material which now always catches as the nylon is permanently creased and needs effort to uncatch and fully zip (have tried warm ironing flat but did not help) and the Velcro down the leg zippers simply catch on everything making putting them on like wrangling a snake at the same time (fixed this by sticking thin strips of Velcro loop material over all of the hook strips and not bothering with that feature).
The zipper problem finally got the better of me and now the pants are back at Tour Master for warranty review and repair or replacement. Will update the review once I hear the result.
Would suggest to Tour Master that they use better quality zips or redesign the zipper gusset to avoid the problem. For absolute perfection (IMO) they could also replace all of the zipper length Velcro with thin magnets (like Fly has done with their Butane 4 jacket).
Would recommend with this warning.

2 heavy rain storms so far in Switzerland
The 1st day out way to Hot so I thought I keep my car hearts on, Big Mistake. So I put my new TourMASTER 2.0 AND all the difference. I took out both liners thinking how I could stay way cool. Hit a massive down pour on the A22 ! Had to pull over and wait it out. With all the protection pulled out Leg wet but boots & socks still dry. Two later driving up to Stelvio Pass I hit another down pour & Gold wind. I had put back the wind block & Rain Shield. But left the quilting out. Legs & boots dry. But cold. Once over the top the rain stopped sun came out and plants dried and all was good. So glad I had textile Pants instead of Leather. ! Two of the guys on our trip have asked about these so far! I have nothing but good to say. Still out until July 6. I know more rain in two days near Garmnish, Germany.

1600 Mile Road Trip
Just returned from a 1600 mile road trip from Phoenix - Sequoia - Kings Canyon - Yosemite - Tonopah then back to Phoenix. First day saw temps up to 114 with the majority of the route over 104. Pants worked great, even in black with direct sun, you still stayed as cool as can be expected in 100+ degrees. Fit and comfort were great for the entire trip. Just wore shorts underneath and had no issue with comfort. These are easy as well getting on and off with the ample side zippers. Can easily be done while wearing boots. Ran thru monsoon storm and nowhere to pull off to install water liner, but they were pretty much dry by morning. Great choice for open road traveling. The knee cups do get warm when riding all day (500 miles) in the desert heat, but manageable with the extreme heat we faced.

Feels Like Freedom
These pants have a lot of airflow as advertised by the name. They are really comfortable with the liners removed. I've ridden comfortably in them in 90+ degree weather and they are just fine. I do not plan on using them in cold weather. They were a little tight in the hips. If you plan on using them over your regular clothes, I suggest getting a size bigger than the size chart as these fit more snug than over pants. Otherwise, they are really great.

Versatility and economy in one over pant.
I am 5' 7" 180 lbs and got the XL Short and they fit well and at the waist not on my hips like jeans. These are over pants and I use them as such so the fact that they sit at the waist is fine. I have ridden with these in 38F degree weather and 80F weather. One wearing long pants underneath and the other shorts. Major gripe is the leg zippers constantly snag on the interior gussets. Otherwise comfort is commensurate with price and versatility is fantastic.

Great airflow and fit
Glad I bought them, I reviewed many different mfg and these were one of the few that offered the short sizes. They are the perfect length, the quilted liner as well as the rain liner is a bonus probably won't use the quilted one but have already used the rain liner during a ride home from work in a unexpected thunderstorm and it worked great. They fit over jeans, but when wearing shorts they are even better with great airflow , buy them you'll be happy with the decision.

Not Impressed
Generally a big Tourmaster fan and have many of their products in my wardrobe. Replaced pair of Tourmaster Caliber pants (warranty zipper issue - I miss them already) with these and do not care for them much at all. Like some of the other reviewers, without all the liners in, they are extremely loose and baggy (same size Caliber pants fit very well). Not ideal but I can live with that.

Airflow is great, and fortunately I have not had to test the abrasion capability yet.

The knee armor looks and feels very cheap (yes, sometimes you get what you pay for). I could not get the knee armor comfortable or to stay positioned properly over my knees. Took them for a couple of test rides (so now they are "used"), adjusted armor to each position and finally gave up on them. Perhaps it is my leg shape, but they kept rotating inward and I could not get the height right. Loose fit also a big factor on where the armor ends up. There's no way I think they will be in the right place if I go down. I have tossed the knee armor in favor of a pair of Leatt knee guards that I will wear under the pants. So for close to $300 I am just about where I wanted to be. That said, I would consider some other alternative for my next pair of pants.
