Most people take notice to blinking lights, just ask Las Vegas or the fuzz. The Signal Dynamics Back OFF Brake Light Modulator turns an ordinary brake light into an attention grabbing strobe. The XP can be wired one of two ways: a repeating loop of flashing 3 times then steady for 3.5 seconds or flashing 3 times then steady for as long as the brakes are applied.
