Pricey, but good.
At $320 they are significantly cheaper than the $550 Rokker Revolution jeans (the only other fully waterproof/ breathable denim riding jeans out there). Still far from cheap.
I own both and here's how they compare.
Both are 100% waterproof even on longer rides in torrential downpours (I ride year around in Seattle on a daily basis, we know our rain like Eskimos know their snow).
The Revit Memphis are heavier, they feel more protective but are noisier when walking. still plenty comfortable. The Rokker feel exceptionally comfortable, like any ordinary well-worn denim jeans. The knee armor sits better on the Memphis, so I left it on. On the Rokker the armor is too low even when adjusted to the highest position, which is why I removed it. The Rokker are a dark blue, more of a classic look, the Memphis are almost black, for more of a contemporary slant. Both are fantastic solutions for riders who commute to work and don't want to deal with the hassle of changing once you get to their workplace. I made it through winter hardly ever wearing the BMW heavy duty rain gear, other than the few occasions when the temperature dropped into the 20s or on more aggressive weekend rides when I wanted the extra protection.
I am convinced that as the technology of laminating Goretex to fabric becomes more widely available the prices for waterproof jeans will continue to drop but for now get yourself either one of these, you can't go wrong with either.

As advertised.
I wore these on a 5 day trip to San Francisco from Los Angeles and back.

In terms of fit in the waist, it's almost a half size larger. Normally I wear a 33/34 waist with a 32 inseam in Levis . For reference I am 5'10 and about 195lbs. I ordered a 34x32 and the waist was way more than I was used to. I would recommend going smaller if you're in between sizes. I've had to tighten my belt to keep the pants from falling. If you don't get the waist right and you have no butt..these pants will just drop to the floor. OK I'm exaggerating but these pants are heavy. Imagine the weight of 3 of your denim jeans and that's how heavy they are. They are also stiff. The inseam is spot on but since it is stiff and there's knee armor, more of the jeans ride up your leg especially when you are on a sportsbike. You will have to ask yourself, do I want more coverage for the ride or styling when you're off the bike. Personally I don't like it too long.

In terms of the knee protectors, try it on your bike. I was initially disappointed when I put it on (after setting it to the highest level) because the armor was at shin level. But when I got on my bike, the armor just pulled up to my knees.

Air flow is null but it still got slightly cold at freeway speeds when air temp was about 55 degrees.

It rained when I was riding through Mount Talampais and through Muir woods and these pants did their job. Not to brag but I've gotten a couple looks and smiles from the ladies for looking so good in the rain. Just saying.

I would get these pants again but with the smaller waist.

More cons then pros
I got a deal outside revzilla is why I bought these for half the price.....the only real good pro is that it is very waterproof and that's it for me.....it doesn't really breathe well exspecially since the mesh is like having underarmor underneath your regular jeans so summer time you will get warm in this....sizing you must order a size down I wear a 32 waist and 32 length I got a 30 by 32 and it feels like I still need to tighten the belt to keep them on my butt and the length is not enough length on these jeans for when you are riding it doesn't cover down your boots it covers around the top of my ankles and I have forward controls...so when it rains water just kicks up between my boots and jeans so I had to ride my feet on my passenger pegs on the highway to keep water from not getting inside the bottom of these jeans...armor just makes it worst so I choose different armor that is comform to you only.....overall yes waterproof but not sizing is the main killer and would make a great winter jeans but not for everyday use in summer unless you know it's going to rain

Perfect for Cooler to Cold weather Riding
Super high quality construction throughout. Best when used around the 50-70 degree range (Spring/Fall). Winter use has been great when paired with a long john style wind blocking under pant. Note, these pants can get uncomfortably warm walking around a corporate office. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend them for summer use. Used in conjunction with the Philly's and you have a year round system that looks great on and off the bike.

Took away 1 star for the waist height. More of a nit pick but as you can see in the video of the Philly (same cut just not waterproof) when seated on the bike, the pants jet out and don't sit 100% flat on the back. With a longer textile jacket this isn't really a problem but with my RSD Ronin Jacket, it left a nice exposed spot for the elements.

Very stiff. Hard to have a regular day in them
I used this jeans today for the first time. I was very excited since they would be replacing the use of rain pants over my regular pants in case it rained.
The pants are very stiff, the seam is low cut and they are not as breathable as one would expect. Hence, wearing them all day was uncomfortable, hot and due to the seam, certain movements were hard.
However, during the ride they were good. So, they are good to use during riding time, but not great during the rest of your normal day.

Got to love Revit
Although the pants may feel stiff I'm confident they will break in. These jeans are perfectly designed like most items from Revit. protection wear you need it. i own the Scorpions and these may cost more but are more complete you do not have to tailor the protection pockets to get them in the right spot.

thanks Revit and Revzilla!

About time - Thank you Revit
Just received my Memphis Jeans and I'm very impressed. The quality/finish/style is spot-on and they feel great on the bike.
I've been longing for a pair of riding pants that look great, offer protection, and are waterproof without making you look like you're wearing a space-suit/doona/advertising billboard - The Memphis deliver and then some!
Adjustable knee protection is a plus and I would definitely recommend adding the Seesoft Hip protectors.
Sizing on these is a little generous so I would recommend trying them on or getting a size smaller. I normally wear a size 29-30 jean but purchased a size 28 (the fit is perfect).

I chose these because I recently bought the smallest size Icon Raiden UX Pants and they felt too baggy like my snowboarding pants. Im looking for something to wear while riding around the city when its raining. Don't care for amor or padding. Just want simple waterproof denims

I usually wear Levis size 32X32, can I choose the same size for these pants?
Janto H on Dec 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yeah, sizing is standard. Depending on your riding position though you might want to get slightly longer so they don't ride up your shins if you're in the tuck. Oh, and in warm weather you sweat like a mother in them, they're not very breathable.
Are these washable or does that destroy the waterproofing?
Robert K on Sep 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I washed mine per mfg. recommendations. Still shed water.
How would you describe the rise on these pants?
Michael H on Feb 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I would say these are very low rise. In the end, I swapped these for a pair of Bull-it SR6 which had a slightly higher rise at the back.
Im 6`4 and usually wear 34x34 jeans, however Im concerned on length since 36 long are offered by Revit, making me think that there`s a reason for this, meaning, a tall (very tall imo) guy like myself shouldn't risk it and go for the 36 long and fold them if needed.. please help me decide what is better?. thanks..
JORGE M on May 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The longer size is for your riding position, if you're in the tuck on a super sport or super bike it stops them riding up your shins. And for tall skinny people I guess.
How'd you compare Memphis waist sizing to Levi jeans ? I wear 33" waist Levis.
A shopper on Apr 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Wider than normal
