Ohlins S36DR Adjustable Rear Shocks For Harley Touring

The S36DRL shocks from Ohlins are the mid-level workhorse of their line. Unlike the basic emulsion shocks, the DRL line utilizes a divided piston that separates the damping circuit oil from the stabilizing nitrogen charge. Keeping the nitrogen and oil separate reduces the risk of cavitation (foaming) that can occur under aggressive riding conditions. DRL shocks ensure that no matter how heavy the load or how bumpy the road, your Ohlins shocks will offer consistent reliable performance mile after mile. 

The "R" in DRL stand for rebound, which means these shocks provide a tool-free dial for rebound damping adjustments. Heading to the twisties? Give the adjuster a turn to the right to restrict oil flow for a more aggressive feel. Need maximum comfort for the long haul? Twist it to the left to increase oil flow for a comfortably plush ride.

Finally, 13" shocks offer a length adjustment so you can fine to the geometry of your bike without impacting travel or preload.
