Now, my biggest issue with this is the complete lack of instructions. I had to get the help of my buddy who's been riding for years to help me, and we still had a bit of trial and error. Also if you're not totally OC about how your wires look beneath the seat, you can end up with quite the mess under there.
If i had attempted this on my own, i would've raged out and spent hours trying to figure this out. So... beware of that part.
But anyway, i ordered this before i even got the bike delivered and there are other companies doing the same thing but i haven't seen the quality of their products, and they cost a lot more. So, do some research on youtube or something before you buy because this isn't the only option.

The FEK itself is decent but is a bit unfinished. Yes it is plug and play...which is nice, but the over all design is a bit off as far as exact fit/ mounting and finish. The LED is bright and works well but the turn-signals flash faster than stock. The LED strip is also unfinished and rough to the touch...meaning it is not a glossy or smooth surface around the LED and seems to be pron to getting dirty from rode filth and my even stain. The FEK accommodates the computer but seemingly forgot about the seat release cable routing. I do n't have enough time with the FEK installed to determine the durability of it. A few tips.... Simple install with very few tools needed...metric allen wrenches and 8mm and 10mm socket or box wrenches as well as snips (for the supplied zip ties) 1- use the supplied bolts with all hex heads on the tire side of the FEK pushed upward (the factory bolts don't work) 2- the supplied black/ shorter spacer go on the rear most bolts and the white spacers go on the next forward bolts. 3- the bolts should face upward placing the nuts under the seat. 4- I routed the seat release cable under the computer (not the best routing in my opinion) 5- mount your plate to the bracket then mount the bracket to the FEK. 6- don't forget to install the supplied hole eliminators to the rear holes.
This is the best looking FEK for the Thruxton R in my opinion.

I saw a couple of installation videos of different company's on youtube and felt comfortable in trying it myself. I was able to install it in 30 mins. Looks good on my bike, but the material quality is not great.
Michael, about the screws under the seat you wrote in your review, try installing them the other way so nuts stay hidden under the seat.
First, mine came with NO instructions what so ever (this was expected, plus the instructions are on NRCs website) it's essentially plug and play, HOWEVER, the premounted plate on mine came bolted completely upside down and the wiring for the turn signals was reversed (Left Turn signal indicated Right and vise-versa). I didn't feel like wasting time exchanging the product and found that it was simple enough to flip the premounted plate and unpin the wiring to relocate to its correct location on the harness adapter.
Once I fixed the "Errors" it was plug and play from there. It looked fantastic on the bike and really cleaned the rear up. You will notice a few things however. One is that 30% of the turn signal is covered by the rear seat cowl. I did have someone drive their car behind me to see if they can see the turn signal, luckily they were able to). The LEDs are bright, however, the Stock LED seems to be more visible due to it sticking out further and have a larger lighting surface area. Although I knew this prior in buying, there is no longer and "mud" guard at the rear (which is what the OEM fender did) therefor you'll find yourself wiping the rear seat cowl more often.
Installation note: If you keep the front turn signals halogen, you will get the "hyper flash" when indicating (although hazards will indicate at normal rate). You can "sort of" fix the hyper flash by changing bikes "flash" settings, however, doing so will cause a short when using the hazards (in which you need to restart the bike just to get the indicators working again). Ultimately the only real way to get normal flash rate with the hazards working is ONE: Keep the fronts halogen but buy two resistors at the rear OR TWO: Change the fronts signals to LED and just adjust the flash rate using the bikes "flash" settings.
Overall, the function is there and I like the look of the bike a lot with it on.
