Great jeans
I bought these to replace some old Cortech DSX jeans that were really getting long in the tooth. I'm a big guy (6'3" 280) and finding motorcycle jeans that fit and had any semblance of styling is tough.

These jeans have a bit of stretch which is great for both fit, and getting the pant legs over tall dual-sport boots (TCX infinity). The legs have a bit of taper so they will tuck into boots as well and not flop around if a riding sneaker is someone's thing.

They're low profile so it's tough to tell that they're riding jeans, the only giveaway being the slight bump created by the knee armor. I tried the SR-6 jeans at first; these are much lighter and my guess is that they breathe better. My use for them is around town, running errands, things I'll be on and off the bike frequently or social events I take my bike to. Long trips or dedicated day rides, I'll just wear my leathers.

I bought the optional knee armor and it actually fits outstanding on me. It's in place, at my knee, exactly where it should be. I don't know if that's luck or better understanding of where the armor should fit. My old jeans, the armor would only be in place when I was seated in a riding position.

I haven't washed them yet, so I don't know what will happen there, but wash instructions are printed in big letters on the inside of the waistband which is nice. I also haven't, and hope to never, crash in them, so I can't say how they would hold up.

Love these!
I wanted a pair of riding jeans that would keep me looking good and protect me in case I go down.... and these fit the bill!

They look great, are very comfy, and seem like they would offer real protection. I did add some knee pads to the inserts, and plan on getting some hip pads as well.

As for fit, I usually wear between a 33/34 waist size. The 34's fit me fine, but I do need a belt to keep them up. Keep in mind they are pretty stretchy as well.

I highly recommend these pants!

The best pair of riding/regular jeans I've ever had!
I have been in the search for a good pair of riding jeans for some time now, and it doesn't help that I am very picky when it comes to how jeans fit me. I had tried and shipped back countless pairs of jeans while slowly losing hope that I would ever find a good pair of riding jeans to fit me comfortably. I stumbled upon the non-flex version of these jeans and was very intrigued by the reviews and size choices. I normally wear 32x30 jeans and it is sometimes difficult to find those measurements offered straight out of the box. I then saw the flex version of the jeans in the suggestions/related items area and decided to click on it. The flex material really enticed me because I hate jeans that rub up against my skin and are also not comfortable around the waist. So in the end I decided to go with the flex version in 32x32 (32x30 is not offered).

Once I received the jeans I noticed that the color of them in person was a lot darker than what the website and Revzilla video overview depicted it as. That didn't bother me too much. Before even trying on the jeans I could feel the material was EXTREMELY soft and smooth. This made me excited because I have never been a fan of the coarse feeling of jeans to begin with. I tried them on and fell in love immediately. The waist area, which is one of the most important fit locations for me, was non-constrictive both standing and sitting down. I was worried that the jeans would be too long since I normally wear 32x30. But I could easily wear the jeans higher on my waist to remedy that issue. Plus you probably don't want your ankles showing when on the motorcycle anyways. I was easily able to bend my knees with no tension in the pants. The pants were not extremely baggy, but at the same time they weren't skinny jean tight. They were in the perfect middle ground.

TLDR;
The color was a little darker than advertised. I would purchase the waist size you normally wear, despite the recommendations to get a size down. The material is extremely comfortable and safe for riding. The style is great, I would easily wear these in public without even riding. I will definitely pick up another pair because I love these so much. THE PERFECT JEANS HAVE BEEN FOUND!

So far so good
Looked at quite a few reviews on these and while there aren't a ton out there they were all pretty positive. So far, I am pleased!

I'm no old man but having some flex in the jeans is awesome while on the bike. At no point do these feel uncomfortable or out of place (even off the bike). Some have said that they don't flow as well so they might be a bit warm for real hot weather. I feel they are alright so far but perhaps they are a touch on the warm side due to the covec liner.

Something that I really really like about these is that they liner is sewn all the way rather than a partially sewn mesh/kevlar liner. I have the AGV Sport Alloy jeans and while I really enjoy them my feet get caught up sometimes trying to take them off. These slip on and off great which is awesome if you want to go streaking or something.

I decided to get Icon D30 knee pads and they fit great! I looked at some measurements posted online beforehand and wasn't sure but they fit in nicely without having to trim. The D30 pads are super comfortable!

The tapered leg is great IMO if you are wearing a short riding boot or shoe. My other jeans flap in the wind a lot and these are quite a bit better as they fit tighter to the leg. Certainly aren't going to fit over any tall riding boot but they should fit inside comfortably.

Lastly some have said that these fit large and they sorta do. I normally order wear size 32 pants and these are a touch big in the thigh area (I'm a skinny guy though) so likely I should have gotten a size 30 and let the flex do the work. I do end up having to wear a belt with them as I walk around and do various motions they ride down a bit. That said these look normal and feel great. I'd say, if you like your jeans a little loose they get the normal size your waist is, and if you like your jeans to fit a little more snug get a size down and let the flex do the work.

Bottom line, satisfied.

Very comfortable..like wearing thick pajamas
I love the comfort of these jeans...I wear them everyday instead of my regular Levi's because they are so comfortable..the only problem I had with them is that I normally wear 32 waist jeans and after trying them on I thought they was about a 33 in. I decided to keep them and wash and dry them to let them shrink..Much to my surprise they actually stretched about another inch(fit like a 34 after i pulled them from the dryer on high). So i bought a size 30 which is usually way to small for my waist (but they fit perfect for my 32 waist) and the legs are very narrow after I put my D30 armor in it. And the legs are way to narrow to fit my Sidi Armada underneath them. And they state that the covec is "water repellant" Maybe so but the rest of the jeans soak in the rain just like regular jeans!

Surprisingly comfortable
Probably one of the best compromise out there in terms of safety and comfort. These pants are more comfy than my regular jeans! They are likely to be on the warm side once the weather gets warmer, but the added protection makes it worth it. The cut is a bit low at the waist, but overall one cannot tell these are motorcycle pants.

Great style and fit
Unsure about protection/durability and airflow, with the snow here now I won't have a chance to ride in them until next spring, but the style and fit are fantastic. Not a fan of baggy, flappy, floppy jeans, and these offer a nice slim trim fit with lots of stretch and flex. Hip and knee armor pockets seem to be well positioned.

SR4 Flex
I usually have issues finding any jeans that fit my big thighs and normal waist. This fit just right. Only slightly large around the waist and fairly long, but I just roll them up.
The jeans are fairly heavy, but not noticible while riding. It is only felt when walking and can become somewhat warm off the bike.
There is a good bit of airflow on the bike and I have ridden in the high 80s with these. Around town I never felt warmer than normal jeans. On the highway the areas without the extra material allows more airflow than my normal jeans and keeps me extra cool.
The extra stitching and padding is barely noticible to others when I wear the jeans off the bike.

Great Pair of Riding Jeans
I just bought these pants about a month ago, and they are very comfortable. I think the protection is good, but you never really know until you really need it. Airflow is good, but can be uncomfortable on really warm days. I am a short but stocky, so the pant legs are long on me, but everything else fits great. Overall Great pant for the price!

These are the best combo of comfort and abrasion resistance for anywhere near the price. Love covec. I'll take it over kevlar any day for durability and longevity. The flex aspect of the pant is second to none....very comfortable.
