If you got buns, hun, then you don't want none (of these jeans)
Possibly the most ill-fitting jean I've ever attempted to squeeze into. The thighs were terribly tight, and the waist band was awful-it gapped at least 4 inches in the back. I ordered a size up, 29, (I'm 5'9", 140lbs, normally a size 28 in Levi's jeans) and it was still a terrible fit. If you have any hips or butt, these are not likely to fit you. I have a large butt and a smaller waist, and even a belt wouldn't be able to hold these up. I recognize that women's bodies come in a beautiful array of shapes and sizes, but these jeans maybe fit 10% of those bodies. The slim leg is nice, the padding is a little flimsy but gives you a little more mobility in the knee, which is nice for riding.

Not for women with hips
I tried these pants in three different sizes. I'm 5'1, 100 pounds. Waist is ~24 inches hips ~36 inches. These pants, just like most others flatten out my backside and are HUGE at the waist. NO real stretch in the pants, so they are not at all forgiving for someone with a figure like mine.

I read the review for the VIKA pants and it seems that another person has the same issue and that those pants worked for her. I'm going to give those a try and returned both pairs I ordered of the Daisy Jean.

Good riding jeans
Overall, these are very comfortable and add just a little more protection in the knee and butt area. I felt comfortable with them around town but would probably want something more if I was on the highway more often.

The knee protection is okay: kevlar lining with armor. I will probably upgrade it in the future. Its not very flexible so these jeans aren't very comfortable for just walking around not on the bike. Also, there is not way to zip these into a jacket which would have been awesome.

In terms of fit: I'm 5'10" at 120 lbs. I normally wear a 4 in fashion jeans. These I got in a 6 and they fit perfectly. I would agree that if your hip to waits ration is larger, there will be a gap. I have a small one. But even though I'm tall, these were a great length. I tuck them into my Dainese D1 boots but they could very easily go over shoes/boots. Shorter ladies may need to have them hemmed.

Nice jeans for price that includes knee and hip pads
I ordered a size 28 & 29 jean because I have trouble finding jeans that fit me. I am 5 6 and 135 lbs with an athletic build - not much for curves though.

A previous review talks about having to shimmy into these and she was not kidding. I got into the 28 but it was very tight and uncomfortable when standing straight. However, the 29 fit perfectly - though I still have to shimmy into them.

These are much more of a skinny jean than I was expecting. I cannot get them over my boot, but they tuck into them nicely. On the Revzilla video they looked baggier on the model and she had a lot of material at the bottom of the leg, so I thought I would be able to wear them over my boot. However, I think they look good tucked in and am ok with it.

I think they are comfortable riding in - I don't have the bunching behind the knee that another review mentioned. I do have the hip pads in them and I can't even feel them in there.

This is my first pair of riding jeans and I am very pleased with them.

A+ for being solid black. C- for being tight on thighs super loose on waist.
5'2" 125# petite athletic build, wears 26 jeans normally ordered size 28-- I was so excited to see hip and knee protection and kevlar in a solid black pair of jeans. These look great on and off the bike, no weird embroidery or whiskering. High rise on the back for coverage. However, like most jeans I've tried, they are tight on the thighs in the riding position. There's not enough stretch for me to feel comfortable. And they left a HUGE gap at the back of the waist. Adding a belt just added weird cinched drawstring effect across the back of the pants. They were long on me but I was planning on taking them to a tailor for a hem.

It's a really nice try, but I think I'll stick with pants that offer adjustable waists. Sad face.

My butt fits!! :)
As a woman with a large waist-to-hip ratio, I have a heck of a time finding gear that has enough room for my butt and doesn't gap at the waist. These jeans are *great* in that respect. I commute on my bike daily and work at a software startup, so I wear them to work every day. I'm saving up for a second pair.

Only quibble is they do look a little funny walking around with the knee armor in, but who am I kidding, this is really the best riding/working solution I've found on the market to date. I don't wear them with the hip armor, but I probably should.

Nice Feminine Fit
I usually wear a textile or textile/mesh riding pants, but wanted a pr. of jeans for quick hops on the bike. I purchased a couple different styles/brands of jeans and these are the ones I didn't return. They fit nicely and have a fair amount of protection with the knee pads that are included. The hip pads velcro in and out and probably aren't the best protection, as the are small and shift when you move around a lot. They also stick to the skin and irritate it when it's hot, so you will have to tuck in a shirt, or not wear them. The pants offer little to no air flow, which I expect is the case with any thick kevlar riding jeans. They are very long, so if you are tall, you will have plenty of length. I have to hem and lose about 6 inches, and I am 5'5". The are a mid rise- not too low but not too high. I would say the size is pretty true.

Great for long legs!
I have long legs and I'm a curvy size six! These got perfectly. The armor in the knee is uncomfortable and the I have to wear a belt for the waist ... Like I said I have curves in my behind and thighs! I am only 5'7 but I have a 31 inch inseam... These were the only jeans I found that fit!!

Great pair of riding jeans!
I think these jeans are amazing quality and definitely worth the price. The fit is exactly what I was expecting from a riding jean. I'm a very petite rider 5'3" 102lbs and the 24 fits me perfectly throughout my legs, maybe a little snug right out of the box but they break in, they just gap about an inch of material in the back. I wasn't expecting these to fit like a pair of designer jeans for the same price so I'm not mad at all about the small gap. The legs are a little long for my height but because they're not a super skinny leg they actually look great cuffed at the bottom (I rolled mine about twice over) but you can always get them alterned. Knee protection is exactly where I would want it to be and isn't too bulky that it's uncomfortable to walk. My only complaint is that the hip pads are just velcroed foam and that there's not a pocket to upgrade to something more durable/protective like the Nucleon hip protectors. The denim wash isn't too obnoxious just subtle fading and wiskering. The pocket design is also sleek which is a plus. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if you are looking for a great pair of riding jeans that look great on/off the bike!

Awkward Fit
I ordered a pair of these riding pants because the skinny fit style itself looked great. However, the pants couldn't have fit any more horribly even though I tried to go by the size chart. They were way too loose around the stomach, super tight around the thighs, and then again too loose around the lower legs considering they're meant to be skinny style. Of course that also made all the protection sit incorrectly, so I returned them immediately and haven't attempted to get a different size yet either. Why is finding a good pair of riding pants for ladies so hard?
