Good looking warm weather leather, with great features.
I was looking for a leather glove to ride in warmer weather with, and this glove looks even better in person.

I know in the video review, he is not a fan of the faux swade with leather, but in all honesty, I think it looks good on the glove.

I normally wear a XXL, and as he suggest in the video, I had to size up to 3XL. The glove fits good, only odd thing is the pinky is a little longer, but all other fingers and thumb fit perfectly.

It has a surprisingly large adjustment are for your wrist, the padding is nice, and will offer more protection than I thought after watching the video.

I highly recommend this glove, especially if you are looking for a modest/throw back look. They look amazing in person.

Stylish and comfortable
Great looking gloves and build quality is nice. Only small areas of foam in impact zones so not the highest amount of protection but seams look strong and durable. Would recommend if not looking for race glove.

Bought a second time
I've had these gloves for a couple years now and recently lost them (tip, don't forget your gloves on top of your lady's car. She WILL drive off with them!) I tried a few other gloves on, but none were as comfortable or fit the bill as these did. I'm not a fan of hard knuckle gloves, I don't need a race glove, but I wanted something more than a cheap leather glove with no reinforcement or padding. These gloves run small so definitely size up. I normally fit an XL but buy these in a 2XL. There is ample padding on the back of the hand and along the fingers, as well as a bit of reinforcement and some padding on the palm. The ventilation isn't bad at all, I've used them on 110 degree days and it wasn't unbearable. In cold weather though (southern California cold, under 60 degrees) your hands will get cold.

Long story short, I had them and loved them, but lost them and bought another pair.

KQQL gloves with lots of style
After about a thousand miles and a few rounds of saddle soap and some red wing boot leather oil, these gloves are really comfortable. They also seem really durable, which is to be expected from Alpinestars. I hate hard knuckles, so these are great.

Nice looking, but fell apart quickly.
After about 3 months of daily riding, the faux suede stuff on the palm began pilling, and by 4 months it was coming off in chunks. To their credit, I did get hit while wearing them and suffered no damage to my hands. Although I was wearing nothing more than a t-shirt and suffered no damage to my arms or torso either, so it may not be the greatest testament to their quality.

Nice looking, comfortable glove at a reasonable price, but I would not buy again.

Too uncomfortable.
I'm more a jacket and jeans rider so these suit my style and the look and feel of the gloves is spot on. I find the air flow pretty good and the protection looks sufficient.

The problems are the comfort...The wrist fixing doesn't quite overlap so there's a gap where the edge can dig in and I find myself having to adjust it constantly. The palm fitting is bang on but the fingers are too short and tight. These I can live with though and I assumed they would break in, the real problem is there is a seam which runs along the inside of my right thumb which is exactly where I hold the throttle. It digs in so much that after an hours riding I just want to bin them...Which is what I'm going to do.

As others have mentioned, the faux suede is pilling.

I am becoming increasingly disappointed with Alpinestars gear ( my textile needs all of my military sewing skills regularly ) and I'm not sure the other Italian makes are that much better so I'm going back to Furygan, especially for gloves.

Overall, A Pretty Awesome Glove!
I'll be honest - the main draw to this glove, for me, was the styling. This glove looks awesome! I've had a few compliments already from it! So, aside from the looks, what's great, and what's not-so-great about this glove?

PROS:
- Awesome looking! As I've already said, this glove looks great!
- Glove is comfortable. It's not too loose, and not too tight. When you get the right fit (I recommend going a size up from your measured size placement, because they do fit a little small), they are comfortable to wear for long amounts of time.
-Good protection. The foam padding in the knuckles and reinforced leather is more than enough to protect you in a fall. Nothing to worry about, here.
CONS:
- Not very breathable. This glove doesn't ventilate as good as it could, but it's not unbearable.
- There are some irritation points, initially. When you're breaking the glove in, there may be some irritation points in the fingers, with the seams, but that seems to go away with time.

So that's really it, as far as my opinion goes with this glove. Overall, a great glove for the money! I am very pleased with the purchase. Definitely recommend this glove, and RevZilla!

Why Oh why can't glove makers design gloves that fit ? I don't have extraordinary large hands and according to the size chart I should only need an XL at most. However, I know from experience that all gloves are far too small for me. Therefore, I ordered a 3XL hoping it would fit OK. I would have ordered a 4XL if available. The size chart is a joke. Be that as it may, I do like the look of the glove and once I get it on it is comfortable and the finger size is fine. The problem is it takes a lot of tugging and pulling to get it on. This is doubly frustrating when it is hot and the hands are sweaty or clammy. I am worried that all of this tugging will take its toll and eventually cause a rip. That is what happens to most of my gloves. It is also a little short in the wrist area just as most gloves I try are. It is a nice looking glove, simple but effective. It is well made and looks good. Would love it if it was a little bigger. Not the greatest airflow through the perforations, but my hands do not get too hot. I think I would love this glove if it came in a 4XL. I still gave it five stars as I think it is a nice glove.

All my gloves are size L. The Robinson L are very tight. I do not find them comfortable. The quality of the material is good. I recommend them.
