To follow up on all the fun we had at the first-ever Get On! ADV Fest last summer, we're doubling the adventure in 2022 by adding a new event at the RawHyde Adventures Zakar facility in the middle of the Mojave Desert in California.
Yes, we'll be going back for another round of great riding in the Black Hills of South Dakota, but first let us tell you about the new event, scheduled for April 21 through 24. Partnering with RawHyde Adventures means that the new Get On! ADV Fest will be able to take advantage of RawHyde's Zakar retreat, which is surrounded by miles of great riding in the Mojave Desert, as well as the expertise of RawHyde's famed instructional staff. The new event will be a learning opportunity on multiple levels, because in addition to riding clinics, there will be clinics on topics such as troubleshooting mechanical problems in the field, the latest developments in adventure riding gear, and more.
Sponsors include Continental tires, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi, but those manufacturers will be doing more than putting their names on the event. Demo rides will be available, giving you a great opportunity to compare the latest BMW R 1250 GS, long the gold standard of adventure-tourers, to impressive newcomers to the segment such as the Harley-Davidson Pan America, the Aprilia Tuareg 660, and the Moto Guzzi V85 TT. More than 35 of the top aftermarket parts and gear manufacturers will be on site to show their latest ADV products, including Altrider, Dainese, Galfer, Klim, Sena, AlpineStars, Arai, Bell, Givi, EVS and more.
Of course the main attraction, along with the camaraderie of fellow adventure-touring riders, is the riding itself. You'll have the chance to meet and ride with RevZilla video hosts Ari Henning, Zack Courts, Jen Dunstan, Brandon Wise and Spurgeon Dunbar, as well as other vloggers and guests. And the miles of open space around the RawHyde facility offer a variety of self-guided rides sponsored by REVER. You can choose from thousands of miles of roads and trails to visit ghost towns, historic sites and stunning natural landscapes, whether you're in the mood for a route that's challenging or relaxing.

The cost of the three-day event is $399, which includes three meals a day. Pack your camping gear and enjoy the mix of rustic beauty and top-notch service RawHyde is known for. You can see more and reserve your spot at the RawHyde Adventures web site.

We're going back to Sturgis, too
As we proved last year with the inaugural Get On! ADV Fest, Sturgis isn't just for the cruiser crowd. The great riding, both paved and unpaved, in the Black Hills, along with the accommodations at the famed Buffalo Chip, make Sturgis a great base for adventure riders, as well.
This year, we'll be back in the Black Hills on July 14 through 17. More details will come later, but you can expect demo rides, vendors, learning opportunities and a selection of great rides, as well as the company of like-minded riders, at the 2022 event, just like last year.
Reserve your spot at either Get On! ADV Fest.
