2026 Indian 125th Anniversary Collection first look

Feb 25, 2026

If you thought Indian Motorcycle was done celebrating its 125th anniversary with the arrival of the Chief Vintage, you were sorely mistaken.

The motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1901 has more commemorative models in store, as evidenced by its new 125th Anniversary Collection.

Dressed to impress

Consisting of the Scout Bobber, Chief Vintage, Challenger, and Roadmaster, the four-model lineup is available in a hand-painted livery of Indian Motorcycle Red and Black Crystal. Pinstriping, micro-flakes, and ghosted details only speak to the level of craftsmanship paid to the special-edition paint scheme. That’s not the only feature differentiating the limited-run Indians.

In addition to the spiffy paint job, all 125th Anniversary Collection models come standard with Indian’s RIDE COMMAND+ system. Scout Bobber and Chief Vintage riders operate the interface via a round four-inch display, while Challenger and Roadmaster owners benefit from a seven-inch TFT. Indian photo.

Unlike the stock Scout Bobber, the 125th Anniversary edition houses the 111-horsepower variant of Indian’s 1,250 cc SpeedPlus engine. A Pathfinder LED headlight casts a brighter beam than the stock unit, while precision-machined wheels add a pop of contrast. Of course, the Bobber bears 125th Anniversary badging, but a custom-stitched seat completes the ensemble. With 450 units produced globally, the limited-edition Scout Bobber retails for $17,499.

The Chief Vintage 125th Anniversary follows a similar formula, with its contrast-stitched saddle and commemorative badging. However, an adaptive LED headlight and polished floorboards only elevate the classically handsome cruiser. With just 250 units available worldwide, this Chief commands an MSRP of $24,999.

Yes, the 125th Anniversary Edition of the Challenger receives the same logo and custom seat treatment as its smaller relatives, but it also earns a slew of add-on accessories. That includes saddlebag accent lights, polished floorboards, backlit switch cubes, PowerBand Audio, an adaptive LED headlight, a tinted windscreen, and precision-machined wheels. Maybe that’s why its price tag jumps to $41,999. Well, that and the fact that Indian will only make 250 of them.

The Roadmaster makes good on its name with long-haul comfort, but select upgrades only improve the tourer’s road-trip pedigree. The PowerBand Audio offers louder, clearer sound. The two-up seat isn’t just custom-stitched, it’s also heated and cooled. Even the rider and passenger floorboards are polished. All that function and flair don’t come for free, though, with all 100 examples of the Roadmaster 125th Anniversary Edition carrying a price tag of $43,999.

If one of Indian’s 125th Anniversary Collection motorcycles tickles your fancy, you won’t have to wait long. All four models will begin shipping to dealerships before the end of the month. Whether or not you think Indian is milking the whole 125th anniversary thing, the celebration rolls on.
