Arctiva Regulator Jersey

The second layer in the Arctiva system is the Regulator. Made from a unique blend of polyester/Spandex yarns resulting in an incredibly soft hand. When paired with the Arctiva Evaporator base layer the combination is ideal for riding in moderate to cold temperatures.
