  • T Thigh
    Measure the circumference of your thighs at the widest point, while in a seated position, with your knees bent to a 90° angle.
  • CF Calf
    While standing upright, feet flat on the floor, measure the circumference of your calf at the widest point, while keeping your ankle bent at a 90° angle.
  • KA Knee (Above)
    Measure your leg circumference, 1 inch above your kneecap.
  • KB Knee (Below)
    Measure your leg circumference, 1 inch below your kneecap.
