Frequently Asked Questions

Are masks required to visit the Showroom?

Yes! In accordance with government protocols and good common sense, all customers and staff are required to wear masks at all times. Please note: for the safety of our staff and customers, stretchy tube socks, masks with vents, bandannas etc. are not acceptable substitutes. We have masks available for anyone who doesn’t have an appropriate face cover.

What safety precautions have you implemented in light of COVID-19?

We take the risks for our staff and the riding community very seriously and have made several changes to offset those risks.

  • Customers and employees are required to wear masks at all times.
  • Limiting the number of visitors in store at one time.
  • Our Air Conditioning system has been adjusted and will no longer recycle air.
  • Inventory reductions to allow room for social distancing.
  • Protective barrier around the registers.
  • Helmets will no longer be “self-serve” and will be cleaned before and after try on.
  • Nitrile (latex free) gloves provided for trying on riding gloves.

What can I expect when I arrive?

  • A manager will greet you at the door, where masks and sanitizer will be readily available.
  • If there is no space in store due to occupancy limits, you will be required to wait until other customers leave prior to entry.
  • If you are riding in from out of town, we recommend using the appointment tool above to ensure space is available.

Can I return an item I bought online in-store?

The Showroom does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased online or via phone as it is not currently equipped to handle these transactions. RevZilla’s returns department is not located on site at the Showroom, so it is far more efficient to ship your items directly to our returns team.

I’ve never been to the store, do you carry everything you have online?

The RevZilla Showroom is a relatively small store focused on Gear and Accessories for the rider, not the ride. You will find a curated selection of Helmets, Jackets, Pants, Boots and Gloves, but no handlebars or exhausts.
