I want to plan a group ride to RevZilla, what should I know?
RevZilla Gear Boutique is a relatively small store, and is not large enough to accommodate big groups. Please consider limiting your group to about 10 riders, as that will provide you the best experience. If you are planning on bringing a group down, advance notice is greatly appreciated, as then we can try to be properly staffed. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us a heads up. How can I do an in-store pickup?
Please call in and speak to one of our Gear Geeks to place your order for in-store pickup at 877-792-9455.
Can I return an item I bought online in-store?
The Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased online or via phone as it is not currently equipped to handle these transactions. RevZilla’s returns department is not located on site at the Boutique, so it is far more efficient to ship your items directly to our returns team.
What brands should I expect to see in the boutique?
