Yoshimura RS-12 Race Series Exhaust System Suzuki DR-Z4S / SM
Yoshimura’s RS-12 exhaust systems are designed to elevate the all-new 2025 Suzuki DR-Z4S/SM, now equipped with a fuel-injected 398cc water-cooled single-cylinder engine. The RS-12 Race Series Full System delivers impressive performance gains—boosting horsepower by 5.5% at 6,640 RPM and torque by 2.8% at 5,180 RPM—all while including an installed USFS-approved SA-21-K spark arrestor and a custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield. Proudly designed, developed, and manufactured in Chino, California, the RS-12 series ensures top-tier performance and quality for DR-Z riders.
Features:
- Developed and tested over 24 months of factory level racing
- Aggressive, intelligently designed, asymmetrical shape of the RS-12 allows for maximum muffler volume which helps manage sound, add power and provide more clearance for the rear tire and brake caliper
- Improved performance gains and weight reduction
- Just like the works systems Factory Racers use, RS-12 systems utilize precision machined joints which provide a superior fit and improve system life and performance
- Works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with industry leading design
- Carbon end cap covers inner cap mounted design which improves durability and eases servicing as compared to other sandwich mounting designs
- New patent pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring makes it easy to install and remove sound inserts and spark arrestors
- Tapered muffler body inlet design of the RS-12 enables the system to be pushed forward thus helping with weight centralization without sacrificing performance
- Proudly designed, developed and made in the USA
Weight:
- Stock system: 17.8 lbs
