Addressing the needs of said riders, the shoulder strap harness design of the 35L Giro really isn't composed of shoulder straps at all (in the traditional sense). The patent-pending suspension system features an upper strap design that can pivot to automatically adjust to the rider's torso. This pivoting strap system localizes the load of the pack across the sternum so that your arms can be tasked with more important things like steering your bike. Here you thought the Giro only looked like a simple no frills pack -that's the point.
