The Hi-Output Hooligan exhaust system, now equipped with PCX™ technology, is designed to enhance the performance and sound of the Honda Grom. Hand TIG welded and constructed of 304 stainless steel with spring-clip joints and a brushed finish, the Hi-Output Hooligan has the looks of a GP pipe and gives the Grom a healthy bark to level up the fun!
