Two Brothers Tarmac Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR300R / CB300R

The Tarmac Slip-On Exhaust from Two Brothers Racing is guaranteed to set both you and your bike miles ahead of the competition. The one-off, unique Trapezoidal shape provides increased ground clearance, while the aerospace grade carbon fiber sleeve reduces weight and will max out your style!

The Tarmac muffler boasts a CNC-machined stainless inlet for exact fitment and a billet CNC outlet, included rivet bands with larger 5/32 rivets adding strength and durability, while the use of rubber grommets at mounting points will reduce vibration. Blowing the doors off the competition is one-thing, but the sound reducing (removable) “T-Tip” standard on Tarmac mufflers ensures that it can be done while still enjoying the muscular, full-throated sound of your bike. The stainless steel deep draw stamped inlet with brushed finish along with the Two Brothers Racing spiral wound core will allow you to unleash your bike’s true potential as you carve the track.

Every Two Brother's carbon fiber exhaust sleeve is made with a high temp aerospace grade epoxy resin. The carbon fabric is made with a 33 million modulus carbon tow then impregnated with the high temperature resin under very tight tolerances. This insures that the carbon is impregnated with the exact resin content every time. Then they are placed in an autoclave to cure under a full vacuum of over 100 psi. Using an autoclave allows Two Brothers to remove any volatiles and air pockets from the material.

Immediate performance gains can be felt throughout the power band providing the rider with crisp throttle response and a more enjoyable ride. Designed and built with painstaking care and attention to detail. Bolt it on and feel the power.

Features:

  • Aerospace high-temp carbon fiber
  • Teflon coated magnesium end-cap
  • Stamped spring-fit inlet
  • Aluminum CNC machined outlet
  • .035" thick 304 stainless steel mid-pipes

Sounds Great, LOUD!!
This exhaust sounds fantastic! Very good low end and some great back firing when coming off throttle. For commuting, it's a bit loud for my taste. I'll be ordering a silencer kit for it soon.

Install was very simple, but you may need another person to help tension the springs on the exhaust.

Hey there, I am just wondering if anyone out there has put this exhaust on the new CBR300R 2015 model and if so what does it sound like?? :)

BEST ANSWER: I'm seriously considering putting this on my CB300F, it's either this or the R-77 Yoshi. Yoshi is a well-established and bang for buck brand but TB probably would suit our tastes better since I'm just looking for sound.
