Flattering fit, protection, and truly long sleeves
When I started riding, one of my teachers kept emphasizing how important it was to master basic techniques so we didn't make dumb mistakes and risk looking uncool. "Because why do we ride motorcycles? To look cool!"

This jacket makes me look cool. Actually, it makes me look hot. I feel like a 23-year-old Italian supermodel when I wear it. No other riding jacket with protection has ever looked so good on me. The pads really are barely obvious.

One of the nicest things about this jacket for me is the sleeve length. I am 5'11 and every other riding jacket I've tried is either too short in the sleeves or too roomy everywhere else. The sleeves actually stay at wrist-length when I am in riding position -- a perfect fit.

This is a wonderful summer-weight jacket. I live in the the tropics and needed something light-colored and breathable for regular wear. The Ice color is not a bright white, more of a vanilla ice cream or white sand color. I was expecting a whiter shade from the photo, but it will show less dirt this way.

What makes this such a gorgeous jacket is the way it hugs your curves -- a European fit, rather than an American one. That means it's tighter than a similar size from other mesh jacket manufacturers, especially in the upper arms. Even with my broad shoulders, the size Large fits me fine. But if I wanted to add the thermal liner or the waterproof layer, I would do better with the next size up.

Wearing it -- when riding, the airflow is great, nearly as good as having no jacket at all. If I'm walking around in the sun, it's a bit too warm. But hey, that's the price for looking cool, ya know. ;)

Bottom line -- this jacket is a winner, and I'm excited to check out more gear from Spidi in the future.

Well Ventilated and CE Rated Protection
With utilitarian good looks, this jacket saunters along either urban cityscapes or country lanes atop anything from a sport bike to a cruiser (holy zippers Batman) with ease. Spidi packed this with both abrasion protection mesh and CE Rated impact armor in shoulders and elbows but gave it a distinctly female shape with padding in the right place and in proportion to our bone/body size. The optional upgrade to CE Rated back armor, and both winter and waterproof liner show Spidi has considered that some women might want to ride 3 seasons in it. FIT: Tight, but in a good way. On my athletic 5'7" 145lb frame, it's very fitted in the arms, with a bit more give in the sides of the torso. The shoulders were more medium in width, but the stomach was tight on me (too much Ciabatta). The hips have a zipper adjustment for those of us with generous genetics (thanks Nauna). The armor seemed almost custom fitted to my elbows and shoulders, but with the fabric overlay down the arm, the pads stayed put. Bonus. There is a snap closure on both the cuffs and back area to tighten up when I lose a few. RIDING: This not only ventilates better than any jacket I have ever ridden in (Icon Hero perf, Joe Rocket Cleo, AXS vented leather) I felt air circulate, even when stopped. Being ICE (more like white linen), the heat from the sun didn't cook me like black will in traffic. Length falls to my Lucky jeans belt loops while in tuck position, so no more peep shows. CAVEATS: Pockets - not big enough, nor sturdy within the lining, too high, and oddly angled placement pushes contents into you if you lean into your tank. Zippers - are BIGGER in person, & have no hood to protect your bike paint in a tuck, and at the oddly high angle, there's potential to scratch the tank where the pad falls short. Would have been a deal breaker had I noticed that before taking off. BUT, the fit, ventilation, and protection at this price point are worth keeping. Kudos Spidi!

I finally look like girl!
It's flattering, finally an armored jacket where I still look like a girl. Armor is in all the right places, 5'3" 107 lbs and the XS fit perfectly. Pockets fit an Iphone 6 with an otterbox- but wouldn't fit anything else in there. Adjustable waists and the bottom sides have a zipper that open to more mesh for an extra hourglass shape- love it! I'm going to order the back armor.

Fits the tall ladies, thank god
I'm 5'11'', and I've had a hard time finding a jacket that even comes close to hitting my wrists, but I took a chance on this one based on reviews, and I'm glad that I did. It's snug in the right places, but still comfortable. It covers the top of my pants, and has a pants connector so I'm not flashing as I go down the road, the neck snap is not too tight, and the rest of it is pretty adjustable, so if I gain/lose a few pounds, it will still fit. It was a good deal, too, and I'm happy with the purchase.

Does the trick in VERY hot weather!
I purchased this jacket some months back but just yesterday had the occasion to truly experience whether it works under extreme conditions. My conclusion? YES! We set a record high in Tucson yesterday when the mercury hit 110 degrees. While I was still pretty toasty, this jacket has worked better than any of my previous mesh summer jackets at keeping me as cool as is possible. I bought the Ice color (which is an off "vintage" white) expressly for the purpose of the jacket being even cooler on the hottest of days. The color is wasn't what I was expecting based on what it looked like online but it has grown on me. It's definitely doesn't look as grubby as quickly or easily as a true white jacket. The included shoulder and elbow armor included with the Summer Net jacket is great. It fits my shoulders and elbows well and it sits in the jacket in such a way that it doesn't move around and it stays where it's supposed to. The jacket design is simple but has all of what I need and none of what I don't. I previously did summer rides in a Scorpion that was "busy" and just had too much going on. Pocket space is limited but that works for me in the summer because anything in my pockets gets wet. I soak a silk scarf in cold water then wrap it around my neck and let it drape down my front to create a little evaporative cooling system. Because the ventilation in the Summer Net is so good, this combo of jacket and wet scarf really serves to keep me cool(er). I'm 5'7" 115 lbs. and the size small is perfect for me. The length of the jacket itself and the sleeves is spot on. The jacket is nicely tailored and not at all boxy. I also like that the sleeves are relatively tailored (read "slim") as well, even with the armor. There's little room for layers underneath. But for me here in Tucson this is my go to jacket for very hot conditions and I'd wear a different jacket in cooler conditions. That said, I could easily slip a windbreaker underneath.I like this jacket well enough that I had my riding buddy try it on yesterday in the hopes of convincing her to get one too. We ride together through the year, including the baking hot desert summers. I have two Harley's and a Triumph Thruxton and can rock this jacket with any of my bikes!

SPIDI JACKET
Purchased this jacket in black as I was looking for a sleek summer jacket that flattered the female figure. BEST jacket for the warm/hot weather! I am 5'8'', 140 pounds and the Medium was perfect...If you're looking for style that is not flashy, buy this. Great armour ... also bought the spine protector and I don't feel restricted at all. If you're like me and get cold at 60 degrees, I suggest the thermal liner. (bought seperately)

Perfect jacket for a hot summer ride
I just got back from riding 700+ miles over four days in Northern California: San Francisco to Redding, Redding to Eureka, Eureka to Mendocino, Mendocino back to SF. In planning for the trip, I realized neither of the two jackets I currently owned was the right tool for this job: weather forecast said high of 106 on the way to and from Redding, with coastal temperatures in the mid-50's, possible fog for the second leg. My black leather and black textile jackets would cook me. I ordered this jacket in Ice with the thermal liner, and it worked beautifully from 106 with no liner and a cooling t-shirt, to a low of 57 with long sleeves, the liner, the jacket and a wind collar. It was still pretty tough at 106, but riding without protection isn't an option for me. (I also added the men's back pad, as suggested in other reviews of this jacket--fit great and was very reassuring.) I used the Klim Fuel Pak to stay hydrated, though I must admit it was easier to get my boyfriend's Camel bite in between my mouth and helmet, since it's oblong-shaped rather than circular.

In terms of fit, I ordered the medium and the large to be sure I got what I wanted. I'm 5'-5", 135 pounds, a little broad-shouldered. With the back pad and liner in, the medium was a tiny bit more snug that I would have liked, but the large was just too big and I really wanted this jacket to fit (my other two jackets are a little too big for me). I was really happy with the medium over the course of my four-day ride. I have straight hips so I don't need the side zippers, but if you've got curves I think they'd work great.

The overall fit on this jacket is pretty form-fitting, with somewhat narrow sleeves. The pockets work well, though I wish the interior pocket were a bit bigger and had a zipper instead of Velcro. The side adjustments allowed me to compensate for the added bulk of the liner when I used it, but still made me look like a chick while underway (I like that). I think the length is perfect on the jacket, but the liner is short (I have a long torso). I guess Spidi makes it short because they use this liner on multiple jackets.

While my boyfriend initially made fun of me when he learned I had bought my third jacket in two years, he was a bit jealous once we hit 85 degrees and the heat started coming off the bike--to say nothing of how he felt at 106.

I highly recommend this jacket with the thermal liner for added range, and highly recommend Revzilla: excellent product information, stellar communication about orders, and wicked fast shipping and delivery. My trip would not have been as good had I not had this jacket.

Good starter jacket for the heat!
I live in the south where it's always hot. I purchased this keeping in mind that I wanted protection and breathable, while being stylish; this jacket does exactly that!

The first thing I noticed about it were the adjustable straps on the wrists and sides of the jacket. I also like the fact that it allows for extras such as a liner or back support. AS well as the pads. It looks stylish and cute but has enough support in the arms and shoulders in case of impact.

The second thing I noticed was how well the airflow was. It's thick enough for protection but allows airflow so you don't end up sweaty and uncomfortable in it. IT sometimes gets a tad cold at night (but I get cold easily.)

The third thing, unfortunately, I had to test it's durability in a recent accident. I wasn't going too fast, but I managed to fall and most of the impact went to the arm, exactly where the armguards are. The jacket is completely fine; a bit dirty now but it didn't get torn or scraped.

It's durable, lightweight, breathable, and stylish. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a jacket that experiences intense heat most of the year.

Women's fitted mesh good air flow
I bought this nice looking jacket in white to help stay cool in Los Angeles heat. It has very good air flow except the area of the "additional purchase of back armor" but that is the case for all back armor spots. And like others have said, the upgraded back armor is very short. Feels more like "scapula only "armor and that is disappointing. Especially since it is an add'l purchase. But I feel better having the armor than not.
I do recommend this jacket for hot weather. It has good protection & airflow. It runs true to size except the arms are thinner & more fitted then other jackets. Italian fit. This works well for me & I like this women's fit, the arms are not too tight for me. I'm 5'6" & run 135-139lbs & bought a Large. Curvy or thicker armed women might not be happy with the fit of the arms. The top neck snap feels a bit too snug for me. I ride with it unsnapped on the fwy & that is fine. The snap doesn't flap hard & I don't get pummeled from it being unsnapped. (Like I have with other jackets). Again, Italian fit.
It also has good length in the back to hide one's behind if wearing low rise jeans.
Someone mentioned NO zip guards on zippers & that could scratch sport bike rider's tanks while leaning over. I haven't had that issue but it is a good point.
Riding 70mph on the freeway I did get hit in the arm with either 1/2 a brick or big rock that got kicked up. Happened fast & it hurt. But the jacket didn't rip & I had a small bruise. Probably would of been the same result wearing leather, it was one of those freak things. So quality is good.
Overall I'm very happy with this jacket. It looks way better with the women's cut/fit. I do recommend it.

Great summer jacket
This jacket provides great airflow while riding and the white makes sitting in the hot sun bearable.

It's super stylish and even with all the armor in people have commented on it, not realizing it's a motorcycle jacket. I bought the men's back armor (Spidi Warrior Comp) because it's longer and gives more coverage, which fits just great in this jacket.

I originally bought the medium and had to return it for the large. I have pretty wide shoulders for a woman. The large provides a comfortable fit with the back protector and a slightly tight fit if I want to wear a hoodie underneath on chilly mornings.

Because the jacket is white, I was worried about it looking dirty quickly--one long weekend of rain made it pretty gross. But I took all the armor out and washed it by hand in the sink--it looks brand new again!
