Just saved my skin!!!
First off I never wrote reviews so bare with me.
This jacket is great!! The air flow on it is amazing wore it on a
90 degree day and I was as cool as anyone in a car with ac.
I love the padding on this jacket. I only wish there was an inside pocket or two. Only having the two outside pockets isn't enough.

Now what made me want to write this review is simple. I was run off the road this morning going to work by a redneck in a truck on his phone. I dumped my bike and slid about 50 feet. Yes the sleeve was shredded bit not my arm. The padding on the jacket took most the impact. I am sitting in the WR writing this with only two scratches. It could have been worse and this jacket had a big part to play it that!!

Also a personal shout out to the guys at revzilla! I have gotten every piece of gear from you guys and will continue to great prices and great service keep up all the good work!

My tailor is forced to retire!
I'm not sure what kind of voodoo goes on at the Revzilla warehouse but these guys have an uncanny knack for delivering gear that seems to be custom fit for me. For me! An old grumpy retired guy. What are the odds? I go online, look for the best quality product at the most cost effective price and what do I get? The Speed & Strength summer jacket like it was molded just for me. In the name of full disclosure, I can not divulge the level of protection and durability this product has, because I just got it and hope not to take a spill while wearing it. Ever! Given my riding habits, I'll probably never live up to the brand name but at least I'll look good trying. My one and only gripe is that this jacket has no inside pockets for me to store my spectacles, Metamucil or AARP ID.

Under the Radar
Recently got this jacket and really like it. I'm 5'10" 155 and got a medium. The small probably would have fit but then the sleeves would have been to short. My only complaint about this jacket is the armor not being vented, you would think that on an all mesh jacket there would be some holes in the armor. I ordered a set of Alpinestars bio armor for the shoulders and elbows so hopefully that will make it better. Really nice jacket for the price.

Great Summer jacket
The under the radar is a fully armored - shoulders elbow and back - summer riding jacket. Another reviewer noted the lack of the inner liner for fall or colder weather riding, this jacket being a mesh jacket was never designed to be used outside of a warm to hot temperature range and therefore the lack of an inner liner seems somewhat self-explanatory.

This jacket flows a ton of air and is very comfortable to wear even during extreme heat.

I actually like the fact that it's not plastered with noxious logos like some other jackets done by speed and strength.

The material is a reasonable weight and feels like it would hold during an off.

Overall I'm very pleased with the jacket especially at this price point and would recommend it to others.

If you're on a budget and need a summer riding jacket this is it.
The hottest temperature I've used this jacket so far is 105 (will eventually climb up to 120), with that said, you now know this is a review for those of you living in extreme conditions. The air flow is decent! you'll feel the air cool you off as you reach up to about 40 mph, (the faster the better). your back and shoulders will sweat because of the back and shoulder padding (which are removable but removing them kind of defeats the whole purpose of the jacket). What I'm trying to get to is that this jacket is wearable no matter how hot it is, you'll survive! the materials seem good and reinforced in hi impact areas. On the looks department this thing is great. its plain solid black, no logos no crazy designs nada! this is what I was looking for cause of the type of bike I have, i'ts pretty standard and I didn't want that super sporty look. The only things that pops on the jacket is a reflective strip that runs across the back. The two pockets on the front are good enough tho carry your wallet, phone, keys, and registration, maybe even a pair of sunglasses (or at least I've crammed all of that in there). So yes buy this! plus revzilla is great about shipping so there you go, get it off here. Side note I've owned the jacket for about 5 months and wear it at least 4 days out of the week for commuting.

Solid warm weather gear
I picked this jacket up to use during warm weather instead of my Speed and Strength textile. The textile was far too hot in the 80+ degree weather bracket making it difficult to enjoy the ride. This full mesh jacket is far better temp wise in the summer heat. However, as temps dip down into the 50's it's noticeably cool. Cool enough I switch out for my textile.

The fit is slightly small imo. I wear medium to large shirts and picked this up in a large. It fits but just. Arm length is a little long when off the bike but while riding it's perfect. The overall jacket length is a bit shorter than I'd like but this is also the first time I've owned any bike other than a dirt bike so it's the first time I've owned proper gear. So take that with a grain of salt.

The protection/armor is noticeable but not excessively heavy. It does block some of the air flow but there is enough "open" areas that there's plenty of ventilation.

Style wise it's kind of lackluster. Nothing real special. Nothing really wrong with it. Just generic enough to not fit into any real style bracket.

I haven't had it on in the rain so no idea how wet you'd get but I'd imagine you'll certainly get damp. Same deal with crash protection/durability as luckily I've not laid Belle down. *knocks on wood*

It's cool. It's comfortable. It has armor in more places than most others in its price bracket. Not gonna win any style awards but it also won't break the bank.

Nice Mesh Jacket
This is my first mesh jacket and the only complaint I have is the lack of pockets. It is entirely mesh so there is no place to put pockets without reducing airflow so it is worth the trade off in my opinion. I'm currently riding in 100+ Texas heat and it does a great job of flowing air when moving. I also like the subdued branding so it fits my style well. I wear this every time I ride, even in the afternoon when leaving the office. You still sweat, but this mesh jacket makes it bearable.

great jacket for warm climates.
Ordered this jacket when I was living in the Mojave. Great airflow, almost felt like I was only wearing a simple shirt. Only thing I disliked about this jacket was the armor in the elbows didn't quite conform to me as I would like and got a bit uncomfortable but they were easy to take out and insert if need be. the rest of the armor fits perfectly, sometimes I forget it's an armored jacket.

Excellent air flow for summer riding!
It hasn't gotten quite to summer temperatures here in Texas, but it's only a matter of time and I wanted a jacket that could keep me from getting drenched in sweat. This jacket, in my opinion will do the trick.

Air blows through this jacket like crazy through all the tiny holes of the mesh. It reminded me of air conditioned seats. I don't have problems with traffic so I can't comment about the feel of the jacket while sitting in traffic.

I'm 6'3" 230lbs, average build and I went with 2XL and it fits great. The armor falls into the correct location for my build. I don't know my actual measurements so I just took a shot in the dark. My Icon jacket is 3XL but everything fits so different from maker to maker.

This is purely a summer jacket as it does not have a removable liner. But you may be able to squeeze a hoodie or something underneath it to ride in cooler weather.

There are only two pockets in the front, which isn't a big deal for me as I hate having things in my pockets. The collar is about as low profile as you can get. I could've went without some of the "speed and strength" emblems, but they are pretty small and not obnoxious.

I think it's a great jacket for the price while still offering some protection for summer riding.

Good Summer Jacket
This jacket served me well during the hot KY summer. At speed, it feels like just wearing a t-shirt. With the white color option, sitting in traffic isn't quite so miserable. It's got just about the best protection you can get at this price point.
My only complaint is that it looks a little more "sport bike" than the "cruiser" style I'd prefer.
