Great multi use jacket, lots of pockets, protection, and good looks.
Great jacket so far! Comfy, good fit, stylish, and a bunch of pockets for all my stuff! I absolutely love the rabbit pouch...Most people would think odd if it, but I have used it all ready for everything from Jimmy Johns sandwiches, coffee thermos, my hat and gloves.....You get the idea. The liner does not go into the arms, I don't remember seeing that noted, but I probably overlooked it. With the liner and long sleeves its nice and toasty, with no liner and t shirt it feels great and makes me believe if I "leave the bike" I will be protected. The color is superb....I love the fact I can rock it on my different bikes with just a change of helmet and it fits each bikes style.

Excellent if in motion
Where to start with this jacket. The color is lighter than the picture, think more of a light gun metal gray. It has a nice textile fell to it while being both not to soft or rough. The armor in the arms and shoulders is flexible while durable, having a feeling of rubber, while the spine protector is a foam pad with what feels like metallic plates inside the individual squares along the center. The overall flexibility is not much. Temperature wise, unless you're in motion with the vents open, this jacket gets toasty. I mean real toasty. 85 degrees and within 5 minutes off my bike it felt like I dove into a lake. This jackets durability is great though. Little fall in a parking lot dragging my arm a bit and nothing but a bit of dirt on it. Arm movement is also great. I can have both arms about 3/4 of the way in the air before the jacket starts to lift with my arms. The only thing I dislike about the jacket, aside from it becoming an easy bake oven when you're not moving, is the zippers. They feel like they're made of rubber and trying to open them feels like I'm going to rip them from the jacket. Luckily this only for the vents and pockets and not for the main zipper.

Nice jacket so far.
I watched the video review a few times and ordered one size down from what I normally wear. I was worried, but the thing fits me like it was cut for me (Large. I'm 6'2" 210lb.) The color is not quite what I expected once you get it out in the bright sunlight. It has a bit of a faded blue jean tint. Which I don't mind, just be aware.
I've ridden with it in some fairly hot weather and it's fine on the road, the vents work good. When you get in town or slow going it heats up. I must confess this is the first jacket of this type I've used so I can't say it's worse than any others certainly not worse than leather.
Also, it won't be a stand alone cold weather jacket. The zip out liner is just a vest and the fabric in the jacket sleeves allows slight air flow. You'll need layers.
The zippers were noticeably stiff and difficult to use when I got it. I sprayed them with silicone spray and they are fine now. They should do that at the factory though, I wasn't impressed.
It is a great medium weight, functional rig, with good armor that stays put. All and all I'm very happy with the coat.
I've also got to say, Revzilla's video reviews and shipping are the best I've found on the net, Thanks for a great experience.

Awesome
Great looking jacket. Great length in torso and sleeves. Good number of pockets and size of pockets overall. Thoroughly tested water resistance and it performed well in a pacific northwest downpour. True to size. Very happy with this purchase.

If you're a Large get a Medium
I'm 6 foot, 42-inch chest and 34-inch waist and followed the recommendation to go down a size. Fits great! I was concerned about the sleeve length as I wear a 34-inch dress shirt size but the size chart said the jacket had a 33-ic=nch sleeve. Not to worry--the end of the sleeve extends just past my wrist joint with arms at sides.

The pockets are more for decoration or small, flat objects--for example the hand warmer pocket opening is just over 4 inches, tough to get a thumb included! The neat, slanted left chest pocket may be 5 inches wide but the opening is just over 3 inches!

The zippers must have been a cost-savings effort--I have yet to open the inner chest pocket. The others have received a touch of silicone and work better.

Can't complain about the style though--the fabric is canvas-like and a neutral gray color. The tag says 'water resistant' so carry a waterproof jacket, just in case.

There are both external and internal waist adjusters--outside is a three-position elasticized strap while inside is a draw cord with a friction closure.

Now if I could only get the inner zipper to work!

Different than expected but a good overall choice.
Bought a 3X but still a little tight, the collar takes some getting used to.
Zippered pockets under the snaps are a good feature.
Many options for providing a little extra room.
Good value as RevZilla provided a healthy discount.

Seems like a Winner
Jacket seems to be what I want. I've only got one ride so far, as the weather turned crappy, and then we left for two weeks in Scotland. But I like what I see. The dye smeared some on my hands when I first put it on, but I soaked it in cold water then let it hang dry while we were gone. I'd like a bottom zipper as well, because I ride sitting up on a Triumph Bonny. Still, I'm very pleased so far.

This is my cool (but not cold) weather jacket, nicely vented but it still seals up nicely when the riding gets chilly ... great for touring. And it looks nice.
