SDI Clutch Alignment Tool Polaris RZR 900 / 1000 / Turbo / General 1000 / 4

Use this alignment tool from SDI to quickly and easily verify the alignment of your clutch shafts. Two aluminum crossmembers combined with the correct adapters for your clutch shafts allow you to dial in the perfect positioning for your clutches for better belt performance.

Features:

  • Used in conjunction with loosening the mounting between your engine and transmission to set the correct clutch shaft distance and angles
  • Threaded bolts to lock alignment rods in place
  • Crucial for properly adjusting the shafts between the motor and transmission

  • In order to complete an alignment with this system from SDi you will need to ensure that you have:
    • This set of alignment bars
    • One of each of the correct fittings to go on your primary and secondary clutch shafts (these vary by vehicle model)
  • For help keeping your newly perfect alignment more secure, consider adding an engine/transmission plate also from SDi
  • Always grease the bolt threads and do not torque past 15 ft-lbs
