Slash your bike’s profile and drop a massive 17lbs of factory bloat by swapping that 27lb anchor for this 10lb short-course weapon. Crafted from mandrel-bent 304 Stainless Steel, this system features 1-7/8" primaries stepped to 2" and a hand-formed merge collector designed to maximize exhaust gas velocity for instant, aggressive throttle response. It’s an American-made middle finger to stock limitations, engineered with tapered inlets and a shorty design that grants you the extreme ground clearance needed to bury the pegs without scraping your investment.

Classic stepped performance headers 1-3/4" primary to 2" for maximum performance
Mandrel bent aircraft quality stainless steel tubing
Hand formed merge collector allows precise flow performance
Accepts forward and mid controls
All TIG welds performed by hand in Charlotte, NC
18mm O2 sensor bungs for aftermarket tuners, accepts 12mm sensors with reducers
Includes necessary mounting bracket
Made in the USA

Note: Sawicki recommends flat mesh race style exhaust gaskets.
