Rockymounts Hooligan Chain Lock
Despite the name, there's not much funny business going on with the Rockymounts Hooligan Chain Lock. The Hooligan is 40 inches of hardened steel wrapped in a soft nylon sheath to prevent any dinging. The lock head is covered in a soft-touch silicon with silky smooth operation. Long enough to be worn around your torso, you'll be sure to get enough clearance to keep your frame and wheel safe, but also folds small enough to fit into a bag.
