electrical protection
I recently purchased this fuse block for my KLR650 and installed it directly under my seat and ran the line voltage up behind the dash where i installed a SPST automotive general purpose relay ($12.00 from local auto store) then sent through the load side of the relay to the bar on the fuse block so that i could tie the load side of my ignition switch into the coil of the SPST relay and when i turn the key relay is energized fuse block has power and all my accessories and battery are protected. simple and easy took me longer to figure out where to mount everything and dress my wire up then actually doing it and all cost me around fifty dollars. Of which i thought was not bad considering manufacturers of similar systems charge around 115-150 not including if you pay some one to do the work. in all i am pleased with this purchase, relay contacts are rated to 40A or 300w. which is plenty to run heated gear and charge a GPS or phone and have my heated grips on. if you plan to have accessories you should consider protecting them and you motorcycle and save a head ache of burnt wiring harnesses and alternators.

$10 at Auto Parts Store
I purchased this product from Revzilla only to later find out that I paid a lot more for it than I needed too. You can purchase almost the exact same 6-way fuse panel (minus the wire & ring terminal) at your local automotive part store for 1/4 the price. To be honest, I'm not upset at Revzilla at all. They're in the business of making money. I'm upset at myself for not doing enough research before I made the purchase.

Helps alot
Though it seems a bit pricey, I can say the it makes adding electrical accessories to my bike much easier. It fits well on my battery cover and stays in place with the Velcro/double-sided tape.No more scratching my head wondering how to connect the next cool thing I add.

Good basic fuse block
Solidly built. Rather large, but I found room to mount it under the seat. Good fuse block for my purposes: additional lighting, USB adaptor, etc.

Wanted to eliminate the build-up of wired lugs on my battery terminal and this fuse block was priced right with some good features.
