Could be so much better
I've worn these out on my bike twice, totaling about 800 miles. They aren't fully broken in but I've already noticed some things I don't like about them:

1. The ventilation zippers are gone. These have zero ventilation other than however much air flows through the Goretex. I would have loved to see a vent like the Poseidon but I'm assuming Rev'It didn't do it in fear of the magnets scratching the bike. Call me crazy, but maybe two small Aquadefense vents right below the knee and have the magnet on the outside of the pant instead of the inside? With my Alpinestars Toucan boots I have Goretex on Goretex and my legs are already dying when it's only 80F.

2. No zips to assist with putting your boots on. Again, the Poseidon has zips down low, why don't these? With the long knee armor and tall boots I must look like I have the grace of a drunk elephant putting everything on. Once it's on all is well, and since these are meant to be pants you put on in the morning, get them dirty, and take them off at night I'll cut a little slack.

3. Hip pockets. Why does every manufacturer assume we want hip pockets? They aren't big enough to put anything other than a bottle cap in, and worse the fabric isn't breathable so you can't open them up to aid in venting. Remove these zippers and put them at the bottom. I have two enormous cargo pockets on the pants and a rear pocket on the jacket that will hold a size medium fleece sweater (but not a hoodie. I tried) so why do I need two tiny pockets to put things in that will eventually cause me great discomfort if it's any less pliable than a slice of cheese?

3. Knee armor. Specifically there are three things that bug me about the knee armor:
3a. It's not height adjustable. Sitting on my bike the knee armor sits too low and eventually causes discomfort.
3b. The fabric between the knee armor and your actual skin must be made of old Brillo pads. Buy base layers that are not shorts. Even with a moisture wicking long john it's still scratchy, causing more discomfort.
3c. The pocket that the armor sits in isn't held to the outer layer anywhere near the actual armor. If the lower straps are semi loose I'm able to stand and roll the armor about 60* around while the outside of the pants stay in place. The armor is pretty self-indexing if you have the strap tight but it's something I noticed before I even put the pants on.

Otherwise the pants seem well constructed. Very few loose threads out of the package, nice materials, and I absolutely love the YKK slide lock. But at the end of the day, I don't really know if I can recommend this product.

No vents!
I ended up sending these back. I placed an order then found out that they didn't have any vents., like in the video. These really should be cool to cold weather pants not 4 season. Other that the lack of vents I really liked them. Ended up getting the Defender pro GTX instead

High Quality But Runs Small
As Anthony's video review said, the Dominator GTX Pants offer super premium protection and have good "bang for the buck" on close out. But as other reviewers have noted, they have no ventilation so depend on one's tolerance level, would probably be unbearable above are 80s degrees.

The sizing is an even bigger problem. I wear a 34 jean and have some 33s that work. The Rev'it size chart said that a medium was 33.1-35 inches in the waist, so that's what I got. I could not come within an inch of fastening them, and they were skin tight in the thighs.

Sadly then, given the great closeout price, the lack of ventilation and sizing have forced me to send them back. I've ordered a pair of Posidens in large and hope that will work.

Overall qulity and features are excellent, however the crotch is kind short so you dont feel very comfortable walking since it constantly rubbing your senstive "part". It's fine when you seating on the bike though... knee armors are tend to be mislocated downward because of such short crotch. Maybe It's Just me lol. I am 6fts tall, wear 32x32 jeans.

Four year search for a two season winter rider over
I have tried and in some cases purchased over a dozen pair of riding pants in as many years and always left a little perplexed by issues of fit or performance or lack of style. S
I own Rev'it ,Astars , Klim, BMW, Triumph , and Dainese gear and pants and Jackets by all those and them some, but Rev'it is far and away the company that checks all my boxes on style. I have always been partial to Rev'it and Dainese for fit but turing 70 and getting a bit of biscuit poisoning in the waistline has made it hard to get a good fit with my vertical challenged legs.

Now this pair of pants are tight on me but they fit so dang good if they were softer I doubt I'd even notice because they have a more Euro fit and the legs and butt area are flattering to an old guys rather beaten up body. / I feel so good in these Gortex pants and always said, if Klim would hire Revit or Dainese to design their pants I'd buy more of them. Well this was the bees knees of style and with the Closeout price point suddenly I could see a value to an otherwise out of reach price point. Thrilled with the paints in everyday except the knee armor which I found really hard , unwieldy , heavy and doubtful I would be able to ride more than a couple hundred miles with them. So I took the armor out of a pair of Dainese Drake Air pants and I'll be danged if they didn't match the size exactly but were a fraction as heavy and WAY more comfortable while providing the same or better protection as the over designed ones which came in the pant.

Now once again when I shared my experience with the gear geek at Zilla, It was suggested I might try the Rukka armor package which was available going forward and then I would not be having to swap armor back and forth as seasons changed.

Problem solved and the Gear Geeks are sending me a set to try out ......

Customer Service at Zilla strikes again which may have something to do with why my Visa gets used more there than any other gear store.

Great service , great product and if you are looking for a bullet proof long distant Gortex shell pant with too tight water proof pockets and two side pockets to stash your Walther ppt or peanut butter sammich , these are for you . Warning the size will require a little study. and if you are described as Thelma Thick Thighs, you might look elsewhere.

Great product , good styling - size M for me was slightly large - because of my height
Materials look really durable and great quality
Fit in the waist was very good
The only comment that should improve will be to be able to detach the goretex liner if this pants have liner - so in hot weather will be cooler
