For a 15" shock would I need to make any modifications to my '04 XL1200C when it comes to the exhaust brackets to open up clearance for chain/belt as well as potential interference of Master Cylinder?

BEST ANSWER: I have the 15 inch shocks. And I weigh 210 and passenger weighs 110 and I don't have a problem

BEST ANSWER: Hi, these shocks bolted right up to my 883R with no mods or issues. Took about 15 minutes to mount, and they ride and look great.
