Best tires yet
I bought these tires for my 1290 superduke and I have to say they are the best tires I have ever had on this bike, they are very neutral feeling not lazy but not twitchy either just really planted more so than the Q3 or the racetec rr k3 . The grip is amazing in the dry and very good in the wet, perfect in the canyons , highly recommended for street and track

My go to tire for canyon and track riding
Short Version:

-> Summary: They provide more feel, heat up faster, and feel more stable while leaned over when compared to the originals Rosso Corsa Is. The original Rosso Corsa Is was my tire of choice; now that has been replaced by its sequel, the Rosso Corsa IIs. I definitely recommend these tires if you’re looking for something with good grip for canyon and track riding.

Long Version:

->My overall rating: I loved the Rosso Corsa Is and after putting on ~300 miles on these (of canyon riding), I know I will love them even more.

->Bang for the buck: For the purpose they serve, I’d like to think these tires are a good value. Especially compared to something like the Supercorsas which not only are more expensive, but will wear much faster.

->Features: Aside from the obvious canyon and track riding, I do appreciate these being OK in the rain. I don’t commute and typically ride when it’s nice out but when you’re caught in the rain, it’s nice to know you have tires that can handle it. Note that I have yet been in the rain with the IIs but I have with the Is and they felt OK/safe in the rain. I can’t say the same for the Supercorsas but that’s already known.

->Style: I guess the thread pattern looks good. Not something I pay a lot of attention to.

->Grip: I’ve only put 300 miles of canyon riding and I know I haven’t even scratched the surface of what these tires are capable of. I plan to do a trackday in the summer and hope to explore the grip more. The Is always felt great on the track and the IIs felt even more planted in the canyons so I’m expecting good things.

->Tread Life: I haven’t put enough miles on these to really say for sure. What I can say is considering these work well at higher tire pressures (in terms of retaining feel and grip), I’m expecting them to last me at least as long as the Rosso Corsa Is did.

-> Compared to the Q3s: I liked the Rosso Corsa Is more than the Q3s. I always felt they provided better feel and was more confident inspiring. Because of this, I figured I would like the Rosso Corsa IIs if they were similar and just did everything a little better, which turned out to be the case. (I never rode the Q3+ so I can't compare with those.)

-> Compared to the Supercorsas: As for a comparison to the Supercorsas, I can’t really comment on out right grip because I don’t run a pace that will push either of these tires to the limit. What I can comment on is that, for me, the Supercorsas is overkill.

I’ve tried running them at higher pressures (33F/36R) to get better tire wear but lost feel while riding in the canyons. Because of this, and my 60 mile round trip commute to the canyons, I was forced to constantly inflate and deflate to have optimal tire condition at all times. If you don’t do this and get lazy (like me) and run lower pressure on the highway, you will end up with premature tire wear, having to replace them way early.

Whereas with the Rosso Corsa IIs, I’m able to run the higher tire pressure in the canyon (in addition to the highway) and still get that feel that inspires confidence. Now I don’t have to go back and forth on pressures which will not only save me time but also improve tire wear and longevity.

-> My background: I own a GSXR 750 and RSV4. I mostly ride the canyons and occasionally do trackdays. I don't commute on my bikes.

Front End Confidence
I have only tried a front DRC II so far. I absolutely love the front end feel this gives. Paired with the Rosso III rear it works well on my road bike (2015 FJ-09). This front lasts a little longer that the Rosso III rear, so I don't ever get to the bitter end of a front where the handling goes off. I am thinking I will try a matched set of DRC IIs on my track bike soon.

Sticky
Put a new one on my ducati diavel right before we went to deals gap. Super sticky. Absolutely killed the corners. Once they heat up its awesome. Tread life sucks but to me its worth sacrificing a few miles for the performance

Great rear tire, aesthetically nice, also very grippy compared to my last Michelin tires, will be replacing front to match the back soon as well. Thank you revzilla
