It is a direct bolt-on part with no modification required and all the needed install hardware is included as well as a perforated aluminum grill. The Black Stash Spoiler is made in-house in Paul Yaffe's Phoenix factory using our proprietary 3-D hand-laid composite technique creating the strongest, straightest and highest quality products available.
