Oxford's innovative Bar-End Mount Handlebar Muffs bring riders complete protection from the elements. Blocking cold, wind, rain and snow, Oxford Bar End Muffs rely on neoprene construction with sealed seams, a cozy fleece-lined upper and elasticated closures. The highlight of the Bar End Muff is the unique pass-through mounting style. Twenty-two millimeter bars (control areas) pass through the mitts and then anchor with either a universal bar end adapter (included) or bolt for machines with integral handlebar threads.
