The Merlin ThermaVolt Heated Clothing Collection is designed to keep you riding in comfort, no matter how low the temperature drops. With advanced technology and versatile design, this innovative range of heated clothing ensures you’re always ready for the road ahead. 

The Thermavolt pants are thin and lightweight, designed to be worn between a base-layer and outer pants. As a mid-layer, the ThermaVolt features micro carbon fiber heated panels within the seat, thighs and lower legs to ensure you get heat where needed the most. Both the Thermavolt pants and jacket (sold separately) are able to raise your core temperature and retain the warmth they provide. This pant liner features Merlin's Heat Reflection System, which is a very thin film on the inside of the shell fabric, that reflects heat that would otherwise be lost, back into the user - making this toasty liner very efficient.

Plug straight into a 12v bike battery using the connecting cable which is supplied with the pants, or alternatively power up using the high capacity 6,000mAh battery pack which can be purchased separately. The ThermaVolt pants feature three heat settings which are all controlled by the Merlin power unit. Also, you can connect the jacket to the ThermaVolt matching midlayer jacket using a Y connector cable.
