The Matrix Concepts E Series Tie Downs are an economic tie-down set with a soft top loop and a bottom S hook with a locking spring to help hold the hook in place and prevent it from coming undone during transport in rough terrain.

• Top soft loop extension with rubber coated “S” hook incorporated into design that protects your handlebars
