Legend Suspension Rear Lift Kit For Harley Tri-Glide

This lift kit will help level out a Tri-Glide that sits too low in the rear end. It relocates the rear lower shock mounts 1.25" higher than stock which results in approximately 1.6" of additional ground clearance at the rear. This means there is less chance to scratch the exhaust pipes on curbs or pesky dips in the road. And as if that was not enough, it also makes steering a little bit easier due to a shorter trail in the front end.

Features:

  • Replaces the OE lower shock mount brackets
  • Bolt-on installation
  • Black finish
  • Sold in pairs
  • Made in the USA

Legend Suspension Rear Lift Kit
I ride 95% 2 up with my wife. This rear lift kit was one of the best things I add to my 2014 Harley Tri-Glide. It gave my 1.25 inch higher then stock. Now I no longer scrape the mufflers going up and down my sloped driveway. Also speed bumps in parking lots. It also improved the steering a little lighter.

Will this Legend lift kit fit on a 2015 Tri-Glide?
Thanks,

BEST ANSWER: Yes; I bought these in August and they fit perfect on my 2015 Tri Glide trike. They have really made a difference with the ride and I highly recommend them.

Is it an easy install?
A shopper on Oct 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It's easy to INSTALL and it raises the bike so you can fit larger pipes, it's better with the LEGEND AIR SUSPENSION
Talked to Legend they said it may have clearance issues with some exhaust, anyone have Vance and Hines and this?... I have a 2013 with Dresser Duals and Slash round mufflers
Gary B on Jul 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi. I'm not sure what they mean by clearance issues. I have a 2016 Tri-Glide Ultra with V and H 4" twin slash round slip-ons. I installed the Legend lift kit to improve clearance. It was not an easy install, but it was worth it. They work perfectly. The trike actually seems to handle better with the additional rear height, and the kit certainly improved ground clearance, which can be an issue with the trike. Not sure I answered your question, so please let me know if I can provide additional info.
is it as simple as jackin the bike up and removing the tire and taking the bottom shock bolt loose and putting the legend bracket on?
A shopper on Feb 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No, but I did not take off the wheels.

It is hard to get to some of the bolts what I did was pull both shocks with trike on jack stands and a car floor jack under a safe differential jacking point (see manual for your year to be 100% sure where that is).

I then installed the upper shock bolts on each side.

I then installed the bracket to the axle but only with one bolt so it would pivot on that bolt. From there I was able to jack the differential up and down until I could get the shot lower bolts in and then I had a pressure point to pivot it into place to put in the rest of the bolts. Took a couple of hours maybe. Hope this makes sense.
