LA Choppers 1" Risers For Harley Springer

- Kits include two risers with top clamps and all necessary mounting hardware
- Top cap hardware is hidden for a smooth, clean look when installed
- 1" risers are for use with handlebars that have 1" diameter clamping area
- Feature four bolts per riser for maximum clamping force
