This full-length harness provides the extra length you need, making the installation process much easier and cleaner. When using 14"-16" handlebars, the stock harness isn't long enough to reach through the bottom slot, making it difficult to work with wire extensions—the connection point ends up inside the handlebar, which can be frustrating to manage.
