Klim Carlsbad Pants
The Carlsbad Pants are aimed at the serious rider demanding a highly mobile, highly vented and bulk-minimized adventure pant – all while maintaining Klim's highest abrasion resistance and durability standards. Specifically designed to handle the rigors of on- and off-road riding with equal aplomb, the Carlsbads boast a revamped venting system and maximized mobility. The main chassis is constructed of super tough FPL400 fabric and impact zones are reinforced further with 500D Karbonite Ripstop - as used in the Badlands Pro line. If you do end up putting the Carlsbad Pants to the test, Klim's Crash Protection Guarantee has you covered.
Note: Customers have found that these pants run large and have a wide leg. If you're in between sizes we recommend ordering the smaller size.
Exterior Features:
- Gore-Tex performance shell
- 630D Cordora twisted yarn overlays in abrasion zones
- FPL400 main chassis fabric
- Leather inner knees with DWR treatment, overlaid on inner leg panels for wear and heat resistance
- Black 3M Scotchlite industrial grade reflective materials for increased low-light visibility
- YKK zippers
- Glove-friendly zipper pulls
Integrated Armor System:
- D3O CE Level 2 adjustable hip and knee armor included
- Klimatek™ cooling mesh liners at armor pockets
- CE Class AA garment certified to prEN 17092-3 garment certification
Cargo, Comfort and Support Systems:
- 2 thigh intake vents
- 2 thigh exhaust vents
- Mapped mesh wicking liner with Cordura at inner knee and cuff for wear resistance
- Adjustable cuff design allows for boot and knee brace / guard access

Measure around your natural waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Measure the circumference, from pelvic bone to pelvic bone, at the widest part of your hips below the waist.

Measure from the highest point of your crotch down to your ankle, along your inner leg.
