actually is heavy duty
It is really difficult to find a large dual sport heavy duty tube. Many advertise their tubes as heavy duty but when you get them they are thinner than the OEM tube. This is truly a heavy duty tube.

Much thicker than expected.
Too many times I bought heavy duty tubes to find they are marginally thicker than standard, but this on is easily twice as thick as the cheap tube I carry as a spare. It's well reinforced around the valve stem and appears to be made of good enough rubber to patch.

The 3.0/2.75-21 tube is marked as a 80/100 * 90/100 - 21
and 90/90 * 100/80 -21 I know how much of a pain it can be to cross reference tube sizes so I hope that is helpful.

This tube is quite a bit thicker than my stock one on my Africa Twin. I have about 300 miles on it so far and all is well. I do think it will give be better puncture resistance over stock.

Good solid tubes
These installed easy, feel substantial, and I've read that the natural rubber takes patches better. I'll probably order them again.

Great Product!
This is the thickest Inner Tube I've ever installed, it was priced the same as other, thinner tubes. Looks like it should last the life of my bike! I'm using this tube with my Heidenau K60 tires. The only thing drawback is balancing the tire, it took a lot of mass to get it balanced well. I'll be buying this tube again if I ever need another!

Quality you can feel
I used standard tubes on my KLR 650 and had some problems. As soon as I opened the box I could feel the difference and thought, I should have done this sooner.

A Good Quality Tube
I installed these tubes on my 2016 Honda Africa Twin after swapping the stock 90/10 tires over to a 60/40 tire. After 4500 miles and no flats, I can say that these tubes are great! Those 4500 miles I put on them consisted of many on road and offroad miles.

I liked them so much that I bought another set to go in with the new tires I just put on at the beginning of August 2017.

Trying to find the balance between insurance and overkill - based on the many happy reviews these seem to be the answer for sane 50/50 use.
David B on Feb 27, 2015
IRC has proven to be a good dependable brand of tubes. I've used these heavy-duty tubes for years with zero punctures. They're thicker so less chance of punctures, but not so thick that they build up excess heat on the highway.
Brian W on Feb 27, 2015

I have a 2014 F800GSA. The rear tire is a 150/70R 17 and the front is a 90/90R 21 what size tubes would I need for my application? Are these tubes GOOD and are they really heavy duty? Is there a better solution for me? Thanks!!
A shopper on Jan 23, 2015
BEST ANSWER: 4.00-5.10/17 for 150/70R 17 and 2.75-3.00/21 for 90/90R 21
What size tube? The rear tire on my KTM 990 ADV is 150/70 x 18 which tube is best fit? 3.50/4.10 - 18 OR 4.00/5.10 - 18?
Robert W on May 15, 2017
What size should I get for my KLR 650? Tire is 130/80-17.
Ned G on Apr 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You'll want the 4.00/5.10-17 for the rear.
What size tube should I get for a 90/100/16 tire?
Wallace B on May 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Wallace, do what I did and call Customer Service at Revzilla. They are super friendly and will tell you exactly which tube size to use! I learned that they will recommend the IRC Heavy Duty tube for Dual Sport and Adventure bikes with tube type tires. Good luck.
Hey guys, i have Triumph Tiger 800 xc 2014, will this tube be the one i need ? It says on the side of my tire 90/90-21 M/C
A shopper on Feb 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The 2.75/3.0-21 tube is marked on the tube itself as also fitting a 90/90-21.
are these for highway use?
A shopper on Apr 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes
Which tube/tubes will work with a 120/80-18 shinko 705?
Randy K on Jun 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If it's a question of size then a 4.00/5.10X18 will work. If it's a question of standard duty or heavy duty in my opinion heavy duty tubes are a couple of mm thicker and resist pinch flats better and are more suitable for off roading or dual sport bikes. However, they appear to be more difficult to balance when used on a highway machine. Sometimes I run a heavy duty in the rear and a standard duty in the front on my larger dual sport bikes that see 50/50 off road/highway use. Hope this helps you!
Which tube will fit shinko 700 front 4.60x17 and Rear 5.10x17?
