HeliBars Risers help to close this gap by raising your stock handlebars upwards and closer to you as the rider. HeliBars products are designed and manufactured in the USA and are direct bolt-on applications. Risers simply relocate your handlebar attachment point for a comparatively clean and straightforward install. For the Tenere 700, there is even a place to mount Ram mount accessories (sold separately).
