The Garmin Instinct 3 Smartwatch pairs legendary Garmin GPS tracking and all-weather durability with a high resolution AMOLED display. Using Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode technology (AMOLED), the Instinct 3's display is not only brighter, sharper, and with higher resolution than typical watch displays but also requires less energy to operate - extending battery life. 

Available in 45 or 50mm diameters, the Instinct E GPS Smartwatch is 10 ATM water-rated and engineered to MIL-STD-810 for thermal and shock resistance. Smart features and apps include health monitoring, with heart rate, advanced sleep monitoring, Pulse Ox2 and more. Receive emails, texts and alerts on your watch when paired with your compatible Apple® or Android™ smartphone. Garmin's renowned GPS tracking lets you ride confidently with a 3-axis compass, barometric altimeter and multi-GNSS support.
