A 12K carbon fiber shell is extremely lightweight and provides superior penetration resistance in case things get out of hand on the course. Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON maximize absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts while Conehead EPS Technology manages impacts more effectively compared to previous helmets. True Functional Ventilation forces air through multiple intake vents while riding, the air then gets passed through air channels so cooler heads prevail. A unique clavicle shell relief zone creates a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP in order to reduce clavicle injuries. Removable liner and quick release cheek pads make keeping the Formula S clean so easy for a fresh ride every time. Included is an extra visor for when the inevitable drop or fall happens.

The FLY Smart app, powered by Quin, is an essential companion to the Formula S smart helmet. In the event of a crash this fully integrated impact detection system will send mission-critical location, health and safety data to the rider’s trusted circle and emergency responders. When the Automatic Crash Detection is triggered an S.O.S. Beacon, emergency alerts and the option for a direct link to 911 emergency services immediately come available. Simply download the FLY Smart app and follow the instructions to register and then pair helmet. In-app purchases are available in the event the user wants more information but no purchase is necessary to use basic functions.
