Featuring a multi-layered and adaptive impact system, the Formula Helmet incorporates advanced technologies aimed not only at reducing skull fractures but also at mitigating the risk of serious concussions.

Fly's Impact Energy Cells, enhanced with RHEON, serve as the helmet's primary line of defense. Utilizing RHEON’s innovative viscoelastic material, these Impact Energy Cells improve energy dissipation upon impact through seven strategically positioned energy cells inside the helmet. For additional protection, Fly has combined their patented Conehead EPS technology with expanded volume EPS in six critical zones, each engineered to respond appropriately to both low and high-speed impacts. As a further benefit, the Conehead EPS design results in a softer and lighter foam, enhancing helmet comfort by reducing overall weight while increasing its ability to absorb impact forces across a variety of impact scenarios.

  • Provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently
