• Includes frame, backing plate and hardware
• Accepts most 4" x 7" license plates

Note: Check tire-to-fender clearance before operating. Both sizes may require custom installation using the backing plate vertical studs. Three-bolt style fits most Harley OEM fenders that have a three-hole bolt pattern. Not for bobbed fenders.
